It all depends on the Switch 2. If it can go portrait mode, then they could just give us Pokemon X and Y alongside PLZA. All I know is Pokemon is worse without a second screen.

Awesome episode As someone who has only played Pokémon Crystal, I like how Johto has culture to it Also that lore is there but the sotry didn't shove it down my throat There's the mandatory intro from meeting Morty and then the Eusine battles but I don't need to mash buttons and can go back to it whenever before or after the League if I'm not interested

Thanks for uploading! The Sevii Islands were always the bright spot of Gen III for me. It's such a shame that the next Kanto games were LGPE and the Gen I VC releases, so we haven't seen them since. I wish they'd appear again so other Generation Pokemon could come to Kanto playthroughs.

I love these Pokémon games First ones I owned along with Pokémon Crystal for my GBA SP Unlike Johto which had us revisit an older region in post-game, FRLG was first to allow access to a new map with Sevii Islands which I think basically set-up new DLC locations for SwSh and SV I do hate the lack of day night meaning I couldn't get Espeon despite Soothe Bell grinding my Eevee to level 70 and then had to see the Battle Tower shiny Espeon to rub salt in my wounds 39:31 we didn't get Crystal Onix but we did get Ghost Onix in FRLG Sevii Islands named Tectonix

I really like this podcast, the topics are great, but the sound issues are really frustrating. It’s like the sound is out of order? Like some of the inputs from different hosts come in wrong. Like 1:20:00 is out of order for ages it’s confusing and annoying to try and follow.
