I got one a month ago. Prior to that, I had my guitar plugged into a chain of three pedals, but since the DD-200 arrived, it’s the only pedal plugged in.. it’s that good!
The late 80s/early 90s were my teenage music discovery years and bands signed with Creation records were a huge influence. I was at their 1994 Live and Undrugged event and saw Ride play (as well as a recently signed Oasis). Honestly don't remember hearing the term 'Shoegaze' at the time which is a bit odd in retrospect!
Can you give me a list of what pedals you had in order in this vid? Don’t need specific names just need to know where the blues driver, reverb, phaser, etc go in order. Ty!
I'm looking for my first JM, and being on a tight budget, this player II series looks to have landed right on time lol. It seems I can't go wrong with this one? I just can't decide between the sunburst and the birch green -_- Great video btw, subbed!
I hope they make a version of this that’s pre-routed for the rhythm circuit if you want to add it in later. I know they did that with CME for the first run of player jazzmasters. I just want a new, affordable jazzmaster with a rosewood board damn it! Lol
I use a jm I put together, mjt body with a 88 fender neck! Pick ups are a p90 and a wide range humbucker disguised as jazzmaster pickups lol by far my favorite guitar ever
this one was alright for me & actually a bit better than some of my more expensive guitars. but my ideal trem arm / system is the one on my kurt jag. perhaps because i've built my whole style of playing around that guitar.
i'm really enjoying it. i am someone who usually likes more options, but the simplicity of this jm is really nice. it looks good, sounds good & plays good! couldn't ask for more!
yeah i thought about getting one of those jazzmasters, but the fact that they removed the other tone control knob kinda killed it for me. I must say though that those new Mustangs look sweet. But personally the Duo Sonic ii will always be the perfect Shoegazing machine for me. (The one i play does have a whammy bar (or Jeff) too.
i love switches on my offsets, the more the better! that being said, i'm really enjoying this guitar. i think the simplicity is great for those who maybe don't like all the switches or those just starting out. it sounds really nice too!
im looking to buy this player ii jm as my own first guitar since its so affordable and i love shoegaze, all ive had is a gifted squier strat as my main instrument i practice on so this is a cool video

hey! here are some guitar tuning videos i've made to help you understand :) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tG3DepUhSvo.htmlfeature=shared ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5qJ5brmq2GM.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-soJChGa09cY.htmlfeature=shared ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hZXyHFWj6tQ.htmlfeature=shared
@@pedalpartners Thank you!!!, although I still have a question about how to get those tunings, are these for a technical question or can they be reached using a pedal or something like that?
@@AkcZze these videos should be able to help you understand, i also can give more in depth advice to youtube members :) these tunings are for a six string guitar. tune the strings on your guitar to the letters on screen. i usually present the tunings from high e (top of screen) to low E (bottom of screen). high e is the smallest string at the bottom of your guitar, low E is the largest string closest to you.
