If I own a company that only makes profits if people are chronically ill with a variety of inflammations or other conditions, and I'm paid handsomely by government to make an injection as quickly as possible with TOTAL liability immunity (which is good, since my company has paid out record penalties for scientific and medical fraud) and anyone who questioned my new injection was censored and terminated, and the media worked 24/7 to laud my product, the question is why would I ever make something that DIDN'T cause harm indefinitely? Yeah, same protein, but he's talking about the virus. The vaccine (I may well be mistaken as I know nothing) doesn't have the spike protein on it, it has mRNA within it that codes for the spike protein. Then once your cell has made those, they are displayed on the cell, which is read by immune cells and is how the immune system starts triggering
@abishek5494 the spike protein is a part of the virus that enables forceful entry through a cell wall. Our immune cells will eventually detect the intruders, and somehow the immune system will build antibodies tailored to the virus, which effectively clamp down on the virus so that it can't attach to things, also, there are search and destroy cells that will kill the virus. This antibody research is somehow databased by our immune system, and this makes us better at beating the virus overall next time it infects us. The vaccine shortcuts the whole process by causing our cells to produce only the spike protein of the virus, our body then produces antibodies for it, and is ready for when the real virus hits.
It represents the shape of the protein. It's trying to fool you into an understanding of it's shape and chemical structure. Light has a minimum size, and to photograph a protein in the way you want is simply not possible.
