This is okay, we all start from somewhere. I recommend you take a picture of your normal push-up form if that is also what you are struggling on. Then compare that to pictures found online of the perfect push-up and try to adjust to the perfect form by contacting your glutes. This will not fully fix your core strength, it will just expose you to perfect form so you don't face issues in the future. If you find your core is very limited, you can do planks regularly (2 times a day to start off with) but do not go too far in each set because it can be very demotivating, just stick with a duration you believe you can stick to consistently and your core strength will improve!
Hi, I am still in Year 11 but I have gone through three mock exam periods and for those I implemented the ideas in the video, more so for the third mock exam period. For the latest mock exam period I got: low 8 for biology p2, high 6 for chemistry p2(would have went to high 7 but i didn't because somehow i missed out on 9 easy calculation marks), 9 for physics p2 (with formula sheet), 7 for maths (180/240), high 6 for business (don't know what happened there), high 6 for geography p1 (don't know what happened there either), low 6 for english literature (worst weakpoint), computing p1 and p2 i PREDICT a 7 or 8, english language paper 2 will be coming back soon too and i predict above a high 6, for german i predict 7 or 8
Hey, I totally get where you're coming from. It's like, after a full day of school, who wants to hit the books again, right? But here's the cool part - with the internet, you've got a world of stuff to learn that's way beyond the usual class stuff. Picking up things that actually spark your interest? That's the secret sauce. It puts you miles ahead, trust me. And hey, don't sweat it if it feels like everyone else has it figured out. Truth is, we're all in the same boat, learning as we go. So yeah, you've got this! Just dive into what you love, and it'll all click into place.
School is just a lot in general. I wish It taught us more about taxes and basic things humans need to survive. They have these opportunities in some places but It isn't even mandatory. I find that disappointing because the basic things we humans need to live, should be mandatory. Not how to calculate the velocity of an object falling off a roof. Im happy you spoke out about this.
Man, if you do just one thing - do not stop - then you can be as big as Hamza or whoever you look up to. You have so so so huge advantage going out there in such a young age, and your peers may not understand it, butyou will know. Keep pushing it bro, the quality will come with persistence
Hi bro, keep it going. I highly recommend you invest in a cheap mic. If your audio gets better, it will be a game-changer. You are very young, keep pushing :)

Good question. Even a 3 minute meditation daily is enough to show benefits. I'd say to meditate for a duration that doesn't feel too short, but also don't meditate for a duration where you are wasting time. When I started out with meditation it was around 5-10 minutes. I hope this helped.
