Droopy fork boot fix. Xr 600, have the same diameter clamps, pull the boots up to the triple clamps, tighten. Get some white number plate backgrounds and you are done.

We have two of them. An 89 and 92. My son hare scrambled them in Vintage and regular. Great woods bikes. Parts are plentiful and cheap. I recommend them.
I had a KMX 200 the KDX was a lot better I thought, then I got into Yamaha DT125R, had 5 of them, even had a Honda MTX but that was the worst even though it was a good one, I fell in love with fast DTR s and KDX was just as good in my book , for wood riding etc , DTR was proper reliable
I just bought a 78 dt175 in working condition for $100 USD so it's quite ugly and I would love to restore it or do a cafe racer type conversion on it, though I'm admittedly a terrible mechanic though I could probably do a great paint job on it. I wish I was acquainted with someone who was more than a hillbilly armchair bike mechanic
Nice I had an XR 100 as a teen sold it my best friend it was his first motorbike. It was absolutely bulletproof my girlfriend at the time lived about 6 miles away I’d ride that down the country lanes 5th gear pinned and it never missed a beat. Good times
Just looked at your channel it’s mad I had a beta trials bike and a klx 650 ! You have good taste. I love tinkering my first job at 16 was in a motorcycle shop. 36 now still love everything two wheels and spannering. Wish I’d kept all the bikes I’ve had. Subbed.👍🏻
