Yes, the rebbes from the Rizhiner dynasty (which sadigur descends from) wear neck ties. The holy rizhiner Rebbe Reb Yisroel Friedman known as the Tiferes Yisroel (a great grandson of the holy Maggid of Mezritch) lived a luxurious and regal lifestyle and often wore more modern clothes for his time. The reason for this is more mystical, but practically his goal was to raise the status of the rebbe and to make his court into a kingdom. His luxurious lifestyle set the “royal” tone for all chassidic rebbes to follow. So today Rebbes from the royal house of Rizhin including saidgur and boyan wear ties.

I live in boro park & i seen many e-drivers they all work for Jewish establishment ( Jewish owners ) for example fish,meat, super market, pharmacies, dry cleaners etc. The reason why they flying around driving fast is because there explosive employers, 90% of boro requests delivery service & employers force & threatened employees to complete this requests if not they will fired.
