Excellent find and great tour. Molly Hatchet was the first to record Hide your Heart. Ace released his version 4 days before KISS released Hot in the Shade. He did have Paul's permission, but to this day I don't know why he did let him. Lol
Cool piece of memorabilia. I'd say Warrant's star rose pretty quickly in '89 because I saw them open for Motley Crue on the Dr Feelgood tour in January 1990. I remember Janie Lane telling the crowd they were going to play the single off their not yet released new album. They then played Uncle Tom's Cabin, which rocked. I'm sure everyone has heard the Cherry Pie story, which makes that moment so interesting to me. If he only knew what was coming.
So technically the game should have ended at 22:18 when Daphne passed the Record Shop after the last City Card had been taken. Not all of the record shop cards have to be given out. But the way yall play extended the game.
Awesome video man. I challenge you to a game of KISS on Tour on my channel sometime in the future. Maybe closer to Christmas. Maybe we can get the gang together for a game. Me you Rob and Ric.

Wow! That brought back some memories! I played the game all the time when I was a kid way back in 1978. I laughed out loud when I saw that you did the same thing we did back then and ignored the first Winning Outcome of the Last Concert City Card. Thanks for bring up some good memories!
@@kissarmythings I had to do a double take. I seldom have such luck. The days of finding vintage anything in the wild is gone in the age of flippers and resellers.
That was cool! I have this game too. I bought mine 5 or 6 years ago and its simple but fun. Daphne called it. Xander, you started off good and Jeb spent the whole time in Japan! Congrats Daphne!
Jeb's never-ending Japanese Tour was f-ing hilarious!! It still cracks me up 😂 I ran out of steam halfway through and Daphne was the almighty soothsayer. I'm glad you enjoyed it; we had a blast!
Glad you got the Eric Carr RSD album! The glowing eyes is a really cool gimmick. I know what the fun episode is because I watched that one before this one! I'm a little behind too, been busy. I will have to check out the other tribute albums you showed, they sound interesting. Great video and take care!
Just did the Eric Carr RSD unboxing for Patreon... I'm blown away! Yes, the glowing eyes is killer 🔥 I'm surprised KISS didn't do that for the 45th Anniversary haha. Thanks for watching our videos Bill. Take care as well 🤘
Thanks, Rex Cat! 🤘 This was originally released in 1978 by Aucoin Management and produced by American Publishing Corp. I wouldn't say it's a super rare item or anything, but they usually sell for around $100... here's a complete set on ebay for just $70! 😮 www.ebay.com/itm/156283029242?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=Lz0lOjsNRsC&sssrc=2047675&ssuid=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Wow - now this brings back some memories. Not sure where mine is packed away at, but it is somewhere. Glad you guys put it to use. Say hello to the gang for me :)
You should dig it up sometime and play it! We had a lot of fun, even if it was simple lol Hope you're doing well, everyone says "Hello!" and "Rock on!" 😎🤘
Another fun, energetic episode! If you've never heard it, maybe check out "Black Diamond" by the alternative rock band The Replacements back in 1984. Rock on!
"I was made for loving you" is a Great song period. I loved it when it first came out, even though it had a disco drum beat, the guitar is hard rock. Not only over 1 billion on spotify. You always surprise me Xander with the artists you love, like Eminen. "I just wanna" being sung by Shania Twain, who is more than just a country singer, think of "Man I feel like a woman", and then her singing "I just wanna". You get what I was thinking. She is a better performer than Swift and singer, in my opinion.
We had fun too; this was a great experiment! Here's an ebay link to the same coasters we have 👍www.ebay.com/itm/305630936351?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=apwiMvsPQHu&sssrc=2047675&ssuid=yItQUnF_TZG&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
I love the “KISS Tribute Summer”, it’s fun to have a theme to your season. “Not For The Innocent” by Metallica would be amazing. Everyone’s list was great! Glad you dug Fu Manchu. Great video. Love this dive into Tribute records. Per your ALIVE II booklet comment....Peggy Tomarkin was from the KISS PR office, she was "Bob Steele" from the Army KITS, and wrote all the notes for the KISS songbooks, as well as KISS THE REAL STORY (1980....which was advertised as the "Kiss Diary" on the Dynasty Merch Sheet). Have a great week.
