@@Athenasblaze "Taking down" in MMA means bringing someone to the floor so you can beat them up. "Taking down" in the context of the sweaty men on the poster could mean something more amorous.
Plus the leg day being asterisked as optional because Reilly and Jonesy hate doing legs (and cardio from that board) And shoresy=fat all the time (except really shoresy is a machine - in later scenes he is pumping out pull ups with ease while chirping Reilly and jonesy about their mums)
There are so many little things in here that add up to comedic genius. Jonesy with the "doop-de-doo" noise as he brings over the easel, Katy's genuine admiration for their work, "I'm glad you asked", the whizzy transitions in the PowerPoint...
The pim particle accelerator, the way the bar was lightly dusted with a residue of cigar smoke and the taste of burnt piss in the air with a shade of ass sketched in everyones mind, it had it all.

Yeah, they eat 2g protein/1KG of weight, and don't even work out hard 😆
I like that Katie is pretty much just whatevering the whole thing, but then she's genuinely impressed by the boys' pulling those excellent swipey snipeys.
