The media failed to mention that it was a black man that stabbed a white man. If it had been the other way around the the media would be identifying the races and it would be national news. 😡
They should raise the rates on any of the dealerships and buildings Hyundai and Kia own until the car companies themselves fix the problem. Stop making the consumer foot the bill.
And this was the daycare that a member of the state legislature used as an example in his arguments against the bill to arm teachers, implying that if such a fine, upstanding educational facility as this could have a "teacher" making threats to shoot up the place, then public schools (with actual trained and certified teachers, not just randomly hired, poorly trained workers that are referred to as "teachers") would also have teachers threatening to shoot up the place. But this is the same legislator that later publicly aired his complaints against the election commission for allowing someone to actually run against him in the next election, so I guess it shouldn't be surprising if he considered this shut down daycare to be the same as a public school.
Nice that somebody is finally talking about what the problem really is. Past reports seemed to imply that the complex was filled with innocent victims, and the criminals are (for some reason) going to that complex to commit their crimes. This report shows that the criminals live in that apartment complex ("fenced in with the criminals") and at least some of the other residents know who the criminals are but are afraid of what will happen to them if they openly identify the criminals. Some months back, there was a report where a resident of the apartment complex stated something to the effect that this is Bellevue and things like this aren't supposed to happen in Bellevue. Problem is that Bellevue used to be (a few decades ago) an area where a criminal randomly shooting in public might have gotten ventilated by people who were driving around with rifles in racks in the back windows of their pickups, but Bellevue is now an area where too many of the people who moved into the area claim they didn't see anything after police show up, then complain to reporters that "somebody needs to do something" to fix the problem. Either tell the police who the criminals are (pictures/video of the crimes taken with a smartphone would be better than verbal statements) or accept that you are on your own.

No one should take a field sobriety test ever. The so-called signs of impairment these tests generate are so non-specific that sober people may well generate these signs and results. The sole purpose of field sobriety tests is to generate evidence for an arrest, not to find a reason to let a driver go and the field sobriety tests are junk science.
Two years ago, never heard of houses blowing up! This is happening too frequently! Need to investigate the new 'Smart meters' being installed on houses.
