She talked about racism in Paris, the emotional labor of service industry work, the way France gaslights people about racism, black French authors that have written about race. I can’t seem to remember the created or find the video.

I think men and women have a different experience of Paris. Women tend to like this city. As a man looking for the love of his life, I couldn’t be in a worse place.
Living in France is not just sitting in a cafe sipping on a cup of coffee. One has to earn one’s living and deal with the French people which can be quite a struggle for many.
