It's same thing now a days. I have faced chain sprocket issue in my super meteor 650(spend 5 lakhs on it) and brands don't care about it, Himalayan 450 have issues and now RE guerrilla is next. My advice is to never buy anything as soon as it launches in the market, wait for a year and analyse it properly to know about its cons.
