I think this should have been an addition to the Haval line up as opposed to a replacement of the outgoing model. The only remnant of the previous model that remains is the interior. They fixed something that wasn't broken.
Been driving mine for about a month now in daily Joburg traffic. Covered about 1000 kms so far, and getting an average of 3.6 l/100kms. This car's efficiency is out of this world!
The ride quality in the Toyota quantum VX premium is on another level. I never even look at the V anymore. Moreover 😂 the V never has family in it. But you can happily carry your wife and 4 children in the quantum and everyone rides happy and comes out happy 😂

The poor power delivery is down to the low torque figure and turbo charger. Not very fuel efficient, similar the Corolla Cross. I’d be torn between this and the new Seltos (diesel).
