Very disappointed about this hotel. They treated us poorly and later when you complain they easily lie and let you look rediculous as if id have complained about a 5 or 10 minutes or 1 hour wait! When me and kids waited a full day and had 2uncomfy nights despite complaining every few couple of hours ! They simply refused turning the heating off. As they claim it even wasnt defective they must have done it on purpose or didnt know how to do it . We dont care what the mistake was it is just a disgrace how they treat their guests. They were not able to turn air conditioning on either. And i never ever in my life before had any problem with any air conditioning. The hotel manager simply doesnt care and is happy to lie for the rude staff. Very bad hotel And i also missed out to take that offer of discount i paid for with season tickets, despite staying there 2 times. So i could not even get 30% off, when it was so bad anyway :-(
