The reason why that gets disconnected 95% of the time is a cough or a backfire it'll blow that one hose off I found that I put a zip tie on the end of that hose and zipped it real tight on that vacuum Port that fix the problem
According to my owner's manual there is no cooling fan fuse in the interior fuse box wall in the under the hood one shows a fuse for the fan that's the one I checked. So why didn't you cover that?

This video was extremely helpful. I had the same ac problem. Ran out and checked my Jeep, and sure enough, the vacuum line was just hanging unattached. Connected it, and instantly, the AC blew through the front vents. Thank you soo much.
Excellent video. I had exactly same.problem. I replaced blend door actuator and didn't fix. Watched this video, went to check and hose was disconnected. I plugged it and air working perfectly. Thank you brother for the video. You saved.me $120, I was thinking on replacing control panel for AC
