Thank you for this! My remote control stopped working (well, just the head up button, since that's what I used the most) on my King bed. Thought I had lost the spare remote, but today I happened to find not only one, but TWO spare remotes! Of course, no instruction manual in the box, and couldn't find anything online, since it's rather old/outdated. I was able to pair both remotes with ease. Really appreciate this being out here on youtube! :)
im just here to complain, spent 5000 dollars on a Bed, lights randomly turn on while i try to sleep, its a bed yet it wakes me up by blinding my eyes, i have very very very sensitive eyes! and gives chronic fatigue. So ridiculous.

Mine has lights but they do not turn on. I wish there was a more detailed instructions to get mine turned on. Does not seem to difficult to fix things up if wires are missing.

What I was told is, that ONLY one Blue tooth will work on a slit king at a time. " Can not make both work at same time" you can sink both bases to work together "up/down ect. but not the sound mode. Hope that helps. Ken/ Better Beds Lompoc
Hello! I am delivering this to a customer who purchased the Split King. I want to see if there is a way to sync the two bases so while you are using the blue tooth frequency feature you are only using one sound. I have tried calling customer service and they were unable to assist!
All this shows is the instruction sheet. No audio or video on how this thing goes together. Hell, I can read the instructions, but they don't seem to fit the Ease split king by Tempur that I have. I don't see how this got an 8 thumbs up?????????
Mattress is great... SleepTracker Wifi Setup sucks!!!! Don't move, change wifi, or loose the QR Code!! Typical engineers... looks good on paper but who never use their friggin product!!!
I have a split king ergo extend. 1.Will this work with the regular ergo extend that I bought last year or do I need a smart base? 2. And how will this auto adjust if it detects snoring?
Some people buy the split king base But the full king mattress usually in situations where Getting a rigid king-size base through a doorway would be almost impossible. my wife originally want to sync a split king but I talked her out of it
@@darth_scotty2161 I wonder if you could use the split king with twin mattresses and run them independently with two remotes? That’s kind of the situation me and my wife in. We want or need different mattresses but still want the ergo frame to function.
@@ianpokluda9489 you can, that’s the setup the wife and I have. 2 twin xl mattresses and 2 remotes. Works great just make sure you secure both beds together cuz they will split specially while having sex 😂
@@ianpokluda9489 I have the split king Tempur-pedic Ergo Extend Sleeptracker, and uses 2 twin mattress. That way my wife amd I have individual (2 controls) adjustments.

Does the Sleep Tracker functionality support two users? I am considering to buy the TEMPUR-Ergo Smart Base King Size, but only if it will track the sleep habits of both me and my partner sleeping in this bed. Otherwise I will get the standard (non-Smart) base.
How do I add a second sleeper to the Tempur-Pedic sleep tracker? If you have a pre-installed Sleeptracker® Monitor, your bed comes with two sensors pre-installed. If you self-installed your Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker®, please ensure that you have two sensors plugged into the Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker® processor. Adding a second sleeper is easy. From the primary Sleeptracker® account, select Menu > My Sleeptracker® Monitor > Bed & Sleeper Setup > Add User to Your Sleeptracker. A Quick Add code will be generated which you can either write down or share via email or text message (iOS only). The second sleeper should start by installing the Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker® app on their phone or tablet. If the code was shared via email or text, select the link and follow the instructions to complete the second account creation. If the Quick Add code was written down, launch the app on the second sleeper’s phone, choose “I have a Quick Add Code”, enter the code, and then follow the instructions to complete the second account creation. If the second sleeper already has created their own Sleeptracker® account and is on the Home page, have the second sleeper go to Menu > Pair with a Monitor > Add yourself as a second sleeper, enter the code, and then follow the instructions to complete the second account creation.
