Liked the video ^^ it’s more of an Indian sound :) Indian are all about pentatonics like Phrygian pentatonic .. harmonic minor pentatonic.. etc If you wanna Check really middle eastern sounds Modes of the harmonic major Especially Phrygian b4 is used a lot in Egyptian music !
Watching this Christmas Day 2023. I had the opportunity to have a converstion with Jared 5 or so years ago. He greeted me warm and graciously and conversed as we were friends gor years.
