Welcome! Here I post videos particularly sparring videos from @E4Queensburyboxingclub based in Stockholm, Sweden. The Boxing Club started operating in November 2017. It of course had zero members and I the "Coach" did not know anyone in the area nor spoke Swedish. I was new to Stockholm, Sweden, but wanted to take a chance in started something positive. All boxers are novices and the majority have/had little to no experience in boxing, but are passionate to learn and improve.

We one day hope to be a force and even have a champion or two along the way.
I also from time to time post videos on training mostly to do with exercise, fitness, building muscle and conditioning.
Thank you for watching and the comment. At this stage maybe they are, maybe they aren’t. But at least they are trying to do something in reality. Keep playing those video games .
Maxi and Brian, great sparring session! I have a few observations. Maxi, incorporating more jabs into your game could streamline your approach. Also, I noticed your elbows tend to flare out; keeping them tucked in would make your punch intentions less predictable. Brian, focus on enhancing your head movement, feints, and utilising different angles to keep your opponent guessing. Great work overall guys.
nice back and forth action - taller guy i would recommend you take your head off the centre line - i am sure if you work on this with your coach you can improve your defence.
Hello im the shorter guy🙋🏻 and i gotta say that 1.- he actually is 30kg more than me 2.- he is my friend so there is nothing personal and 3. I didnt even punch him that hard just in the moments that he really hitted me Hard too 😂 Always showing sportsmanship to friends or partners at the gym😄

@garryjones1776 I think people need to understand what they are watching. These teenagers/young men are beginners & novices, they don’t have any fight experience. Everything comes in time, constructive criticism and encouragement is always welcome.
He has only been boxing 12-14 months . Shows up to all sessions, does what he is supposed to do and I agree he is getting better and better . Thanks for the comment
7:49 what exactly is the point in someone who is clearly further along in development beating someone up who has only just started... this is pure stupidity, how to give yourself CTE before you even make it to a decent level... You should learn as much as is possible before you start to full contact spar, you're not a good boxer because you can KO a beginner... absolute idiocy.
Yeah you’re right actually, i made a mistake going that hard on him. I took accountability and apologised to him immediately, our second round at 11:11 was calmer and more educational which is what it should have been the first🙏🏼
Despite my age, I love sparring and to watching, but don't always make yourself so small, it takes away your reach and makes you more immobile. Whatever, the main thing is that you stick with it and have fun doing it
One wouldn’t want to be taking clean head shots often. Using head guards and bigger gloves is a way to avoid or minimise impact. Overall good gym etiquette and culture keeps people taking care of and not taking advantage of one another.
