@@Cruzber1963 hola era a modo constructivo ya que no queda claro cómo se monta correctamente los anclajes ya que los tapa el propio montador, estoy agusto con vuestro producto pero me he tenido que imaginar cómo se montan las piezas para que quede sujeto correctamente la bici
Hahaha good point. There are two observations to consider: the average human height and the fact that you need to transport the ladder (which is longer than your vehicle) somewhere. ;)

Si, es necesario escalera a no ser que la persona sea muy muy alta ;) En el vídeo pusimos una escalera para que se viera bien el montaje del CRUZ Paddock. Un saludo.
Mal portabicis se me paso una tuerca que sujetaba todo a la bola estando de viaje y tuve que soldar el tornillo y ahora me dicen en la garantía que como lo manipule no me lo cubren y me gustaría saber cómo me hubiera traído las bicis si no sueldo el tornillo me parece increíble parece que soldé el tornillo por gusto muy mal portabicis y mal la garantía no lo recomiendo para nada

En nuestra página de Garantía se indica que el producto no se puede manipular o reparar sin consultar previamente al fabricante, ninguna garantía cubre modificaciones realizadas por los usuarios. Nuestro departamento de Posventa le dio una solución alternativa para el correcto funcionamiento del producto. We are sorry for your complaint about this video. Our assembly videos are complemented by the instructions, where all the necessary information for assembly is correctly explained. The picture at the end of the video (last 10 seconds) is deceptive. The roof bike carrier can't be mounted to that roof rack (because it's too wide). When you zoom in to the picture you can see that it's not mounted, just placed on top of it.

The roof bike carrier is mounted to the roof bars as you can see in the product link: www.cruzber.com/en/roof-bike-carrier/1645-cruz-bike-rack-g-8423443400053.html In the assembly instructions you can read: "(1) Adapter 940-424 required for mounting on CRUZ Airo bars: not included". So, both products are compatible. Regards :)

This product has the most painful installation experience I have ever encountered in my life. Ever. The instructions are hopeless and the product needlessly overcomplicated . Awful
@@Cruzber1963 Si lo pongo a la distancia que indican las instrucciones en mi caso 25 cm del centro a la izquierda y a 40 cm del centro a la derecha , luego resulta que el cofre cruz CLAN 450 no coincidien los agujeros para colocarlo....
