Adventures of a family travelling round the world. 2 kids, 2 adults and a video camera. We'll share what we learn along the way so you can follow in our footsteps or just travel vicariously through us, stay home and watch the adventures.
at 1:00 minute mark... "lock the straps"? You mean lock the zippers right? Anyways...I ordered mine and excited for it to deliver. Awesome Video. Thank you!
Suggest that, when making these product review videos, you place your camera such that the bag on you would be seen completely when worn, to get a real idea on the appearance / size (when worn / all through the video) ... just my two cents ... 😊
Thanks for this lovely review video, we have a stay booked in July and this has given me much more info about the property. Did you swim or snorkel at the beach out the front, was the water clear enough and was there anything to see? And also was the pool warm? we stayed in aDevi's Place villa in Ubud in Aug a few years ago and the pool was quite cool.
Because if you steal something in Thailand theyll chop your gd hands off thats why nobody steals folks are a bit attached to their hands That's called deterrence.
You didn't lock it correctly. There are two locks, one for each pocket. Plus you didn't explain that one of the pockets is padded and one is RFID safe so that your bank cards or passport cannot be scanned. Please know the product before you try to do a review.
Am planning on relocating. But it's a big decision to come to Indonesia . Am a man of color you know ..am black smiles !! . I am researching about the attitudes of locals to black folks ,cost of course and other things
Thank you so much for staying with us at Samblung Mas House and for making this great video introducing our homestay, we really appreciate this. Suksma 🙏🙏
Yes.. Well... There's a wee story there. Shane's been following that guy on Tiktok for a while so we had to go to Kuta to meet him. There's a whole video full of colourful language that I cannot show from that visit! 😜
Bali or Indonesia in general is not relying on cash anymore, we use QR codes here to pay for almost everything. Debit card is second, cash maybe third, last is perhaps CC.
I haven't seen QR code payment but will look out for it. Everywhere we've been they've been asking for cash. We're in the North of Bali though. I remember in Ubud we could pay by card a lot more.
Hi there. Just wondering are they still checking for international vaccine certificate or they accept the normal vaccine certificate from Australia government?? We planning back to Bali in 12 days to go so I need to make sure all the document is ready to go.
The one we used was for international travel. We originally came from NZ so don't have Australian documentation but if you use an international one you will be fine because that's what we did. We had printed copies. Best of luck.
You will find that you need a lot less than what you initially think and will have to make hard calls as you sell stuff. Our rule of thumb was, if we hadn't used it in the last 6 months, it had to go. Then it made it easier.
Inspirational! Me and my wife are in the USA and we are planning something like this as well! We have a little 7 yr old daughter and a baby boy coming in May 2023! We are giving ourselves a timeframe of a year. So I’m 2024 we plan to start the actual traveling. This 2023 is just for preparation, selling and minimizing! 🙏🏻
Perfect! Yes, definitely downsize. You'll find you have so much stuff that you really don't need and will need to travel light when you go. We have a storage unit. It's just a small one but we did need to keep a few sentimental things and didn't want to take the risk of taking them with us. Very excited for you. My son was born in May too :-).
Yes definitely. We have a letter from our doctor specifying all the meds each person has and also the vaccination card that shows what vaccines we've had. Separate to all that is the covid vaccination cert that we needed to enter Bali. I carry it all in a zip up plastic folder that I can pull out easily if needed.
Oooh that's a great question... we got delayed because I had to have that operation, but 3 months. We would have left in 2 otherwise. We make decisions pretty quickly and it doesn't take much to convince Mr Read to go travelling. 😂😂
@@rachelwatson1188 you know me Rach. When I have my heart set on something I'm all in (Colleen here 😎). Then it's just a case of coercing... Oh I mean convincing the troops. Mr Read was an easy sell.. The other two not so much... And my Mum not at all now. 😢
@@nomadfamilyadventures I get it. All in 1000%!🔥 I am so glad you are sharing your adventures. It is really fascinating to watch everything come together and the experiences you are all having. Thanks!💜
