You need a reality check. Drop by your local MMA Academy, sign the waiver, and do an actual sparring session with a NON COMPLIANT opponent. It will be a sobering encounter for you.

I would like these "foot" style shoes but I just wear the suede leather flat shoes instead 😅 The toe inserts seem comfortable assuming those actually help the feet conform and also adapts to the swelling of the feet when they are being used more than when inside " athletic " shoes

😂😂😂 I love this story!!! As a traditional Chinese martial artist myself I feel like I stumbled upon the root of drunken kung fu,. Pun intended 😂 My background is a northern long fist style and I drilled forms regularly. When training casually in the evenings at home I would sometimes have a few beers. I was already getting proficient in Wah Lum Tam Tui northern preying mantis 1st form and was already developing the playful looseness to increase speed. Of course alcohol will throw off your equilibrium and balance but something enlightening happened that day. For the first time I truly felt the momentum being generated ande carried from one technique to the next. All of my weight transferred to the next technique and the momentum generated was staggering, pun intended😂 The next day i started applying it to a right cross/ reverse punch/ hill climbing horse stance with straight punch. (I think I covered all the MMA bases😂" At my peak i was able to deliver a "right cross" at 99mph that register 1k psi weighting 220lb. Of course this was on one of them bar room punching games but i didn't try to take advantage of the machine's flaws. Many tried that night but none were able to produce those results with the right cross 😂

I hate soft beds. Main thing I have to avoid is rolling completely on one shoulder for too long. That is where I ended up with the neck and shoulder being stuck. I have no disc in l5-s1 and floor is my go to.
Finally someone actually legitimate when showing on how to condition the body and says on what to do and what not to do and how to do properly by obviously not going full force immediately start out slowly and then progressively add more force over time.
