Ok thanks sooo much, so il use that which u recommended , my 1 springform round pan the 24cm u see the thing is because my general knowledge including baking knowledge is tooooooo low im not able to figure out where im going wrong so due to this reason i do same thing again an again an again an again an again an again i mean flat cake, underbaked cake, heavy cakes, sinked cake sometimes i encounter alls these in 1 cake not always but sumtimes an Sumtimes certain things happens with me in 1 cake thats why i ask, other than that many times cakes turn tooooo dry an not light and not flufy and yes its toooo flat an then sometimes its sooo light and sooo flufy an rise soooo well but sinks
I have just spent 2 hours looking for this recipe. It’s been my fave for YEARS, nothing else compares. Only issue i have is it cooks quickly around the side and takes alot longer to cook in the middle but i think thats because of my oven !!
This tastes amazing as soon as I make it. However becomes soggy after it cools down. I followed the recipe exactly what am I doing wrong? Do I need to store it in the fridge instead of the counter?
