my mom drove drunk for 24 years with all us 4 kids in her car and i hated her for it. i get pulled over 5 minutes away from my house, didn’t blow but still spent the weekend in jail because i just don’t have a supportive family system. i don’t wanna be here anymore im exactly what i hated, im my mother and unfortunately i have to be the one to learn the lesson i always wanted her to learn. life isn’t fair. hopefully i can just put all this behind me one day

Got my first dui yesterday. I had just got back from a night out and just thought “im gonna drive home and sleep”. I got in the car, and after 2 minutes of driving i accidently hit another car. It was nothing serious just barely touched it, nothing to see on both cars but then police arrived. I went to a hospital and now im just waiting for the police to call. Im so scared and embarassed, and dont know how to tell my family. But like… what’s done is done cant really do anything about it now, and dont wanna live in fear and be ashamed. Just wanna get it over with and move on.
I used to drive drunk consistently for about 6 months a while back, morning to night. I also did several days long road trips while drunk. I had a real problem at that point. Im not proud of it, i know that what i did was awful. And you know what, you have the right to say whatever you want about me, im not proud of it at all. I never had an accident, and i did get pulled over once while i was probably a bit over the legal limit but i luckily acted sober enough and just got the warning for going 5 over. The fact that nothing came of this other than the physical effects of my addiction is honestly a miracle. I got so many second chances here, and i just cant go back to those days, i know how lucky i am right now.

Just got a dui on st Paddy's day 2024. Pulled over for weaving, no one was hurt no wrecks but its still a scary process. Paid 5gs. When it all happened i was so scared, and had to fight through my depression. Thankfully i have my school work and my job to keep me distracted. But yeah got court and a dmv hearing this week. Im hoping for the best possible outcome. I can relate to others who felt alone in it all. I remember when i tried to ask my in laws for help. My husband and I were a bit upset cause they helo everyone else but the minute i needed help it was like nope. I think ill be okay i have my husband supporting me. I think it's the waiting and the lack of control that gets to me most. To those of you going through this youre not alone and will get thru it.

I recently came to conclusion that I wanted to cut down again, so at first I was nervous because my last cut went horribly wrong. I was 5ft 11 204 so I was carrying some extra weight. I decided for a month to not have booze, limit my bread, pop/candy intake on the week days. The weekends I would cheat a bit. In about a month I dropped to 196...and I feel a hell of a lot better. And yes the women in my life noticed that I got leaner. I got more choosing signals right away and it gave me the confidence to just go talk to them in a more masculine tone. I want to see what happens if I get around 188 to 192 to see how low I can go until diminishing returns. My strength is also pretty good. I will have to do some research on that supplement to see if I can increase my mood.
I had scheduled to have my 19 year old dog put to sleep the next day. I've had him his entire life, since I was 12 years old. Obviously a very rough time for me. I was drinking and rushing home to get back to him because he's disabled and can no longer get up on his own (can still walk but walks in circles and falls down a lot). I was speeding because I wanted to get home to him and wasn't thinking. All I was thinking was about him. Got pulled over for speeding. Got a dui. They told me since I had a dui almost 10 years back they had to book me. Found out 6 hours in that its a mandatory 24 hour hold if you have two duis within 10 year mark I just barely missed the cutoff point and it was a controlled dui I never drove my car. My poor dogs were left alone in my apt with no one to take care of them for over 12 hours. Thankfully my cousin went to pick up my keys and went to my apt to pick up my dogs and take care of them. My dog was covered in his own poop and pee. I felt absolutely horrible. Horrible doesn't even cover it. He was having diarrhea from the stress and wouldn't stop barking/crying in pain from the dried poop being stuck to his butt and being sore. My cousin did the best she could but she didn't wash him. Just tried using baby wipes which didn't do the job. He needed a bath. He needed his meds which she couldn't find. His last 48 hours of life were in pain, confused, scared and stressed. He wouldn't eat for her. He only drank a little bit of water. I was in jail for a full 48 hours (they dragged court out and didn't get out until almost 5pm, I was supposed to have court that morning but in jail they don't care about your time and everything drags out and takes forever). It was almost 5pm and the vet closed at 6. We had to rush him straight to the vet to be put to sleep and I only had that car ride to hold him and 15 minutes to say goodbye once we were there. I'll never forgive myself for his last days/hours of life. The only sentiment I can find is he's finally at rest and out of pain.
Funny, I got recommended this video 5 years after my license get revoked after a side swipe, 1 month after turning 19 till now 24 and my license is still revoked 😂😂 working on getting it unrevoked but it’s been discouraging when the only people who you personally know that could help you are either dead or just simple can’t help but I’ll have to get up off my ass and do it cause I want a motorcycle and in tenneessee you need a class d license to get a motorcycle license, it’s been 3 years since this vid been out but I hope that you’re doing well and if not all goes well in the future
Had a very similar experience. 6 years with no whey related issues, then had the same pain in my stomach. Bad vomiting every time I ingested whey. Had a wave of allergies including eggs, legumes, tree nuts, and some fruits develop out of nowhere. Ended up landing on this one and it’s been lifesaving

In the old days, we thought it was normal to have a couple beers for the ride. Dad used to drive us around in the pickup with a beer in his hand. We did the same but most of the time it was never more than a forty.
I used to be a personal trainer and the amount of people who lift heavy yet don’t want to take 10 mins and stretch at the end.. it’s wild. IMO it’s the flip side of the coin in weight lifting. Tension on tension just builds more tension and eventually becomes an injury
