Awesome upload dude. Looked up to him when I was a kid. Met him a few times i remember it feeling life changing when i was a lad. Know what's wild? I'm an old man now but I still ride my 97 blammo with chopped bars weekly lol no lie. My parents had it in a shed and I took it back and just replaced whatever needed to be. First time riding brakeless now too because I was too lazy to fix them lol. RIP to a legend
Yoooooo I grew up at this park , me and my buddies would hit it at least 2x a week. I remember handing CD's to the snack counter people for them to play over the PA system
Love the old style riding .. less is more , clean smooth approach, today it’s so technical with so many combos in one air time, bikes are feather weight in comparison.
This talent still amazes me. This guy at a house, in the middle of the woods appears out of nowhere standing on a bike riding down our street.... then we all would just sit and watch the trix be done. It all started in our heart with Mavro❤. I remeber just being in shock at the stuff you could do.oh the 80's then we got older haha
Man, the nostalgia hit hard watching this. I stayed in Van for a few weeks for metro and just riding in general and wasn't planning on riding in the contest, but folks told me to sign up just for the fun of it and I was so glad I got to ride around and do random tech things and place top 15 or something in am. Riding with every one that was visiting at all the Van parks was amazing, and such a high point in my life of riding bikes. Thanks for uploading it, Dave!
Hi, I was operating a Panasonic HVX200 at the time. I edited this with Premiere Pro, using moderate color correction. The exposure has been enhanced significantly, thanks to the modern software. Thanks for watching :)
such a great talent. i wonder how different the sport would be if he was still here. im glad Nyquist is still out there, they were the 2 i really looked up to as a kid.
