I remember being in NW OKC that day, looking west. Looking west, all one saw was *tornado* . The next day was my 59th birthday, and I remember actively praying that I would live to see the day. We didn't get the tornado (fortunately). That was one of the absolute WORST supercell thunderstorms I ever experienced in my entire life, and it went on for HOURS.
It still blows my mind that so many people are so whatever about this. I doubt they would think the same if they had seen them. It was the most incredible thing I've ever seen and I've seen some amazing things in my life..THIS surpasses them all.
Man I've been just utterly the MOST interested in everything to do with space since I was a very small child and the past couple months I've missed an opportunity to see a total solar eclipse and two chances at the aurora to clouds. On the last night I was excited because at 9:07 pm I could see every star but then by 9:30 the moon wasn't even visible. Like agh dude come on. I still feel physical distress in my body over it.
Jesus is the only way into Heaven. Ask Him into your life. Cleanse you from ALL unrighteousness. Make Him your Lord & your Savior. One day, YOU will go to Heaven. Amen.
Wow, that was a bad two weeks for Oklahoma, Moore tornado May 20th, then the El Reno tornado May 31st, both of which set records, the latter being the largest, weirdest tornado in recorded history.
I've seen SO many videos of tornadoes and I've never seen anything like this! This video is real, this is what happens. Storm chasing stop's and reality sets in.. Good job on the footage. Man, I can't believe this.. 🤨
Never fails to blow my mind. Like an evil carousel, or Medusa with the head in the middle and tons of flailing snakes around it. The irony is how slow it looks like it’s moving, but those sub-vortices measure at nearly 300 mph.
watching this from the darkness of my apt without any power still 3 days after the tornado, and there’s another storm w a tornado warning hitting rn :)))
This was scary. I was at Westnedge and Romence Rd when this hit Romence and Lovers Ln. (Half mile ahead of me) I thought, I might not make it out of this one. Thank God there were no casualties.
Dudes! You rock but be careful if Tim can die- anyone can die- Son just keep yourself safe okay. That tornado can hypnotize you and stay too long. Get behind it at all costs. You can run from the little ones yes but the big ones will catch you somehow.
Not only was this an unimaginable disaster... the absolute fuckery and bullshit and crime that followed in the aftermath, by people who were supposed to be helping each other, was nothing short of a complete embarrassment to mankind.
The last 4 min of this is the best tornado footage I've ever seen. I slowed it down and went frame by frame and there's just so much to look at. This was so big and violent that the satellite tornadoes were half mile to mile wide wedges... It's just incredible footage!!!
