I don’t know if this is actually visual snow syndrome but I actually do have the static in the background of my vision but instead of it just being black or white I actually have it rainbow😂

for me my visual snow is TV static dots (always moving in very fast movement) but their mostly rainbow colors. usually their dark purple, dark blue, dark green, sometimes orange and black.

putting the eye mask for warm compress in the microwave oven for 20-30 secs is not working. I have to preheat in advance upto certain temperature, then put into microwave for about a minute at high temperature. Then only it last for 5-10mins

I always wear sunglasses, even at night and indoors. It's a good thing I love wearing sunglasses so much since it keeps my eyes safe. Also, I look great in sunglasses. (My sunglasses were the first thing the guy that became my boyfriend complimented when he first met me, second thing was my beach hat).

Just don't sleep in them. They can get stuck in your upper eyelid, but can be removed. Just, don't remove them yourself, get professional help for that. 😊

I buy castor oil that's sold as a laxative, and put it in eye drop bottles and keep it in the fridge. Works best for me.
