So you know this car? Was it yours previously? The current owner loves it and it is certainly cherished! As you can see from the video, we have a few Carlos Sainz cars in our club - both UK CSs and RCs. They couldn't all be with us on that day.
Yes. Bought from Bathgate Scotland in 2007. New leather interior. New Uk Dash binnacle new aerial drop links and original cs wheels. New factory standard tyres. Replaced all the misd8ng stuff with new OEM Toyota parts from Copcutt Toyota Worksop. They helped a lot with restoring the car. Glad it’s still cared for 👍
@@hjm850 When did you sell the car? I was wondering whether you sold to the current owner or whether it had changed hands previously. This is an RC of course, the red one to the left in the static shot is my husband's red UK CS. We take our two out for mini convoys :))
Why didnt the Gen7's come with a turbo as standard? Awesome car with a n/a engine so can u imangine having that extra grunt..great handling & brillant looks with a decent body kit on the GTS Models..Toyota missed the boat on a few things, mayb putting a turbo in as standard cud have put the car out of reach for a lot of people, sad to see it go all the same..
Good afternoon, someone who can help me please, I have a Toyota Celica with lambo-type doors but it has bad shock absorbers, could you tell me the pressure indicated for this vehicle. Thank you

Celica Club will be having an amazing day actually doing the hill climb at Prescott in a couple of days time (21st May '22). Only full members can do the hill runs - anyone can purchase a spectator ticket direct from Prescott Hillclimb website before the event or I believe purchase on the gate. Maybe we will be able to get some footage together to post....

We did have a smaller one in 2019, but I haven't posted pics of that and I don't think I have footage of the arrival convoy. Might just post the photos sometime! Assume you've seen the 2016 and 2015 ones? As a club, we are hoping to have a large official meet with hill climbs in 2022 for club members. Have you got a Celica?
@@cheltgirl1561 yh mk7 tsport 👍 I've only had her a year and haven't been to any meets yet, but it would be cool to go to one of these by the looks of it. I'm guessing I've got to be a member or something idk
@@scoob7306 Yes, you would have to be a member - which is well worth it! Here's a link for you to look at www.celica-club.co.uk/forum/ There are quite a few T Sports in the club
@@scoob7306 Have you joined as scoob or under another avatar? The number at meets will vary, depending on where it is etc. in the current covid situation, so much has been cancelled over the last 18 months, but hopefully things will get back to normal next year.
Take a look at Celica Club UK forum. We attend quite a few of the car shows with a club stand - most recently at JDM Combe at Castle Combe near Chippenham last weekend. Which Gen do you have?
The majority of the ones in this video are still on the road within our club, I'm happy to report. No idea how many Gen 7's exist in total in the UK, but I do see quite a few on the road that are unknown to me.
@@kirsanproductions Hi, its quite easy to do - follow this link to Celica Club website www.celica-club.co.uk/forum/ You can register for free to view the forums, or pay small subs to get full access and create your own thread, post pics etc. Are you based in UK? We also have a number of members around the world who use all the resources to help them out and ask Q's when they have problems and need answers. You get facts as opposed to some of the rubbish on Facebook!
@@kirsanproductions Hi, the club is called Celica Club UK and there are several levels of membership. You can sign up for free and access quite a few forums on the site to read for info, help or interest. If you take up paid membership, it's £8 for 1st year, £6 for all subsequent years. You can then add comments to threads, ask Q's, or create your own thread for your car and add photos etc. Here's a link www.celica-club.co.uk/forum/index.php?/register/
I miss my Celica VVTi (rear subframe rotted away and the piston rings were failing badly). I daily drove it in all weathers into oblivion; still got nearly 180k miles out of it though. Cheap, good looking, fantastic handling, surprisingly practical. I even put four winter tyres on it and it was like a limpet in the snow. I'd only bother with a VVTLi now but they're getting quite rare. Road tax is ridiculous for such a small car though.
I have t23 for first car , i love this car , she is my wife 😂 it has 155000 miles and i am the third driver.... it had 1 fuel pump problem after 2 months. but that's because I can accelerate too much. now, spark plugs and pumps are changed, it runs well this car seen in real life is even more beautiful. mine the bodywork is scratched, it does not have the spoiler, yet today again, a young person said that it was beautiful at a red light. So I can't even imagine seeing all these beauties in real life 😱😱
As there were so many of us, we split the convoy in two halves. This is the link to the Gen 1, Gen 4, Gen 5 and Gen 6 convoy video - lots to look at there too! I'm a Gen 5 GT4 driver! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-886ubMk2zLY.html
