Hi & welcome to The Future of Skills channel!
My name is Nadya & I'm the host of The Future of Skills Podcast, a pro-bono initiative I've launched in my capacity as a professional in the global tech industry and a parent to help discuss & uncover relevant skills in the age of AI. My core audience are graduates and young professionals. As a career advisor for the University of Birmingham I've come across a notable gap in perception younger generations are sharing when it comes to the skills they need to develop and focus on. The hiring market becoming increasingly volatile, there's more need for guidance than ever before. Some of the key topics we're discussing are: career skills needed in the workplace, leadership skills, personal development, self-discovery and so much more. Be part of our community, join our weekly roll-out of news and tips on career transformation & personal development in the age of AI, via our Whatsapp channel: chat.whatsapp.com/LV2KdAHpYgbLZZZf5urEgZ

It is always a pleasure to listen to Victoria Dunford's interviews. She is so inspirational in not only what she does, but also in her ability to convey her passion about Making A Difference to our society and her gift of bringing millions of people together for good causes. Whilst I listened to Victoria's most interviews, I found the podcast with Nadya to be on another level, thought provoking. Nadya seems to focus a lot on what we can learn from a Global Leader like Victoria and has very skillfully managed to achive this with the way in which she has addressed the questions during her discussion with Victoria. Thank you both, Nadya and Victoria for an amazing podcast and for sharing it with us!

How generous are you with the learning that you've been given? Such a powerful perspective. How many of us are that generous? Generous enough to care, care to share? To me - that's a clear path to leadership. Positioning yourself as an expert in any given field, help share your know-how, create a legacy, inspire others to follow and add their own value into the mix. that's exactly why having on it a broader perspective helps. In the extended interview: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-idgZYeQNc2c.html, Katie shares the full context. Feel free to watch it and connect. Any perspectives after that, highly valuable. Best, Nadya
