Thank you soooo much for making this video. I've never been good at Redstone and IMO my improvement stopped some time ago. I wanted to try something new but didn't expect to find this video at random. Watching this felt like learning Redstone for the first time again, I barely understand anything but I just copy, sometimes go back and fix my mistakes, and in the end it works and now I have something to look at for me to use as a future reference. Again, thank you so much!
Youre wrong, that line is not being 0t'ed. On extension it is ofcourse reliable. And on retraction, even if it gets qc'ed, the piston will be updated by its own piston head, making it reliable.
There is this funny bug where blocks that are acquired using the pick block thing, (middle click). If they are not in your hot bar then they won’t be cleared. A little bit like ghost blocks, but if you just move them to your hotbar, they will be cleared.
Idk why but recently i used this as a tutorial and tried to rebuild it step by step but it broke at the closing sequence bc the 4th firing pistons weren’t go back to its original location and the opening didn’t work :((((
Hey brother, i really appreciated this as it was a very good build for my introduction into 0 tick doors. Anyone who ask me, i refer them to your channel as you're the reason i understand redstone.
3:34 I've personally found it easier to just slope the rail in the first place, place the pot, place the boat and the minecart and then just power the rails. This way you don't need to push anything with pistons 6:35 the reason people used / use that design is because it works in versions before 1.20 (if I remember correctly) and the new one doesn't because they changed how sand falls 6:42 I mean no reason why you couldn't use powdered snow for the other design 10:10 you can't reset 2 sands in 3gt. 4gt is max I think 16:30 easier to just have a boat on a carpet so it doesn't need 2 entities 13:00 it broke due to the sand change
