Nobody else in history was as efficient a shooter as Nash. He got at least 50% FG, 40% 3pt, and 90% FT 4 years out of 5, and only missed getting 5 in a row by .1% on free throws shooting 89.9% in 06-07. No other player in history has gotten more than 2. Larry Bird and Kevin Durant both did it twice. Also he was the best and most consistent point guard in the league for the early 2000’s. 8 all star selections, 7 all-NBA teams, including 3 first team selections, 5 time assist champion. We haven’t seen a ballhandler as good in a decade. Plus his team was very good when he played.
Charles Barkley screwed up by going public with his opinion instead of keeping private. I would be pissed too if I heard my friends opinion about my job performance from a public source instead of hearing from him personally. Charles’ big mouth ruined that relationship.
