I remember my dad telling me about his oral boards. He told me they were in Chicago and he had a colleague who was scared to death. He walked with him until he felt confident enough to take them. Apparently they didn't faze my dad. I had to do oral for an exercise physiology certification. That was easy.
For the actual exam, you'll get around 10 minutes to write out your thoughts. When I practiced with my study buddy, we would give ourselves 5 minutes. Good luck with studying and your exams!
