Best thing to do is to eat regular meals in moderate quantity as it helps in maintaining blood sugar level and controlling hunger. Every meal in a balanced form containing all the elements in moderate quantity should be on focus.

All this may be true but the point about post workout is misleading. Never do it immediately after workout. Allow body to cool down first , else can give nasty cold!
