Independently Rotating Wheels (IRWs) don't instantly derail as you suggest as the axel is rigidly fixed to the chassis of the carriage and will have more then 1 wheel set. would have been good to see this experiment performed with a more realistic setup.

Sir 100 m is not divisible by 3 .basically there should be line added that first 10 stations on rear of POM/POD should be measured at 1 m interval and later 3m.it should be included in the engineering proforma.
