I have a question. You mentioned the song by Peter Gabriel. I paused the video, went to spotify, and listened to it hit hard. My question is a lot of times when this happens in the middle of experiencing extreme feelings, I will yawn and immediately feel calm and at peace. Does this have any significant meaning?
