So if I understand this right she was drunk in public, battered an LEO, resisted arrest and claimed her dad was a cop so they release her with citations. That seems completely unreasonable. The sergeant and this cop should both be investigated. I think the cops both believed her dad was a cop and responded accordingly.
Omg , that poor copper , she really was asking for the worst sentance . I wondered if you had sped up the video? Was it alcohol are drugs , or was it her normal self . ?? California cops are way too lenient. In Texas, after 30 seconds of this behavior, she’d be in handcuffs and transported to jail. No long winded talking.

Wait...wait...wait. Now we are bordering on RIDICULOUS. Instead of tying up MORE officers going to her address to wake her "parents"....to come get her....why not simply arrest her for public intox & obstruction....and let her parents retrieve her from the jail in the morning??? What is going on here?? Arrest paperwork must be HORRIFIC!! What else could possibly be keeping them from doing it??
