Atlanta fan that hasn't seen a lot of him but aware he's good, but DAMN this impressive tape. Like at this point I think he is way underrated because he makes some absolutely insane throws that only the receiver can catch and they're straight BOMBS.
Nope....look at his stats when he was in Washington. Compare his stats to the QBs that really are immobile, like Peyton Manning who had 722 rushing yards in 17 years. Kirk has almost a 1000 rushing yards in half of that time (9 seasons as a starter). He has as many rushing yards and first downs as Rodgers has in the last few seasons. Kirk doesn't get enough credit for his mobility/athleticism.
@@Paula-mv8im I mean, that's good stats considering. But that averages out to 130ish yards a season, 8 or 9 yards a game? That's cool and all (especially since it's the national football league), but I don't think it should be a highlights video of just that.
A lot of these games were losses. Empty stats. He had some good throws during his tenure but decision making was overall slow and inconsistent which led to Ls
Now he has a top 5 offensive line and a defense. 😊. Dont worry vikings fans what you didnt appreciate we damn sure will. We've seen what bottom 4 QB play gets you.
Lmao u falcon fans are sorry af. He had a top 5 defense in 2018 the offense had prime Thielen, Diggs, Dalvin Cook and Kyle Rudolph. This team was one win away from the superbowl with case keenum in 2017. They brought him in and went 8-8. 1-3 in the playoffs dude is a choker and cracks under pressure. He had playmakers last years playoff game and still managed to check it down with the game on the line typical kirk. Your offense is a downgrade to minnesotas so what makes u think kirk is going to lead u to a super bowl?
Overpayed bum Qb with padded stats. Jokes on you hes gonna eat up so much cap space for 4 years just to probably only make it to 1 playoff game. Minnesota is sitting pretty 1 Rookie Qb away on a rookie contract

@@bryanjones4444 12 years lol not 6...everyone like to lump his 3 years as a back up into his career when wasn't a starter, just started games when RG111 was injured. Also seem to forget his Playoff Stats are AWESOME! but his defense always chokes and loses the games for him. Plus nobody seems to remember his Former Coaches aren't even coaching anywhere in the league, not to mention only had the same Offensive Coordinator for 2 years in a row once in his career.
Say what you want about these throws, but almost 80% of these plays are against teams with crappy records. “Kirk plays down to his level” -lifetime Vikings fan
What a dumb comment....smh....how Kirk is throwing the ball (dimes while getting hit a lot of times OR right on the money) has nothing to do with the win-loss record of the other team.
I also remember when he consistently won games by bailing out garbage ass defenses, especially when the 2022 Vikings defense broke an NFL record for consecutive games with 400+ yards allowed. Kirk wasn’t the main culprit, point the finger to Mike Zimmer and his coaching staff
@@westonpick24 remember when Kirk missed the playoffs with a top 5 defense? Kirk also won games 27-24. It’s not like Kirk was winning games 42-24. Does Kirk ever put up 40? No. Does he ever put up 30? Rarely. He’s a game manager that can score 20-24 points a game. There is a reason why Kirk led offenses are around the average of 13th in ppg despite having the most elite wrs and dalvin cook
@@Johnhargrove18 Kirk wasn’t winning games 27-24, the team was winning games 27-24. Kirk delivered his part of the bargain consistently giving Minnesota top 10 offenses yearly. 2020 up til now saw underachieving mainly because of horrific defenses and Mike Zimmerism. Should have promoted Andre Patterson to DC in 2020🤷🏻♂️

@@jaarc1437of course the record was better…back when the o-line could actually provide qb protection and back when the Vikings defense was a top 3 unit compared to being ranked 30th in 2021 and 31st in 2022. Case would have flopped if he stayed in Minnesota
