Hello, I'm Olschi and I'm a manga artist. There are so many great channels on the "art" part of comics but there in not much about storytelling, especally visual storytelling. So I decided to use my channel to talk about it.
The flat already looks so good. It will be so cozy!^^ Also, I am so happy that you are slowly getting your creativity back. Having no energy to do the things we love, because they burned us out, is so hard.

Yahy, Olschi zeichnet wieder ein bischen! (emotie mit Herzchen hier einfügen XD. Die Dinger funktonieren grad mal wieder nicht) Schön, wie deine wohnung langsam voran kommt. Und wieder ein schönes Video. Ich bin zwar kein Fan davon anderen beim Essen zuzuhören, aber die meisten hier scheinen das zu mögen und der Rest von deinen Videos gefällt mir so gut, dass ich die Stellen einfach ertrage. XD Is ja schließlich alles Geschmackssache. Ich freue mich trotzdem immer sehr über neue Videos von dir. -^^- Und ich freue mich dass deine Kreativität langsam wieder bei dir vorbei schaut. Würd dir zu gern was von meiner abgeben. Ich ertrinke meist in Ideen. Selbst wenn ich nur dasitze ind an die Decke starre, kommen mir neue Ideen für Videos, fr Illustrationen, Animationen usw. Ich fürchte ich lebe nicht lang genug, um das abzuarbeiten. Ja, Mai ist schön, aber ich mag auch verregnete Tage und die generelle Atmosphäre im Herbst. Eigentlich liebe ich alle Jahreszeiten, bis auf den Sommer. Den mag ich nur, wenn ich kostant die Möglichkeit zum im Wasser plaschen habe. Da sagst du was. Vegane wurst schein generell nicht so gut zu schmecken. Ich hab auch schon welche probiert und fand sie immer entweder total ecklig oder hab so gut wie gar nix geschmeckt. Ich mochte viele von den Vegetarischen Produckten. Den vegetarischen Fleischsalat zum Beispiel. Aber das findet man bei uns irgendwie nicht mehr. Wo ich hinschaue, nur noch die veganen Sachen. Und der vegane Fleischsalat war eine der ekligsten Dinge, die ich je im Mund hatte. Schon allein wegen der glibbrigen Textur. Ich hab absolut nix gegen ein frisch gekochtes mal, das halt weder Fleisch noch eier oder Milch enthält und daher als vegan zählt. Die meisten Gerichte schmecken mir. Aber mit den Ersatzproduckten kannst du mich jagen. XD Jetzt hab ich keine Überleitung. Egal. Ich freu mich schon auf das nächste Video und bin super gespannt auf das finale resultat deiner wohnung. -^^-
Haha ja, Essensgeräusche sind definitiv nicht für jeden was. Ich bin froh, dass du dir die Videos trotzdem anschaust, haha! Es gibt auch gute vegane Alternativen. Salami von Billie Green z.B. finde ich echt lecker. Aber man muss suchen und ausprobieren. Manche Produkte sind echt nicht gut XD
Ich finde Lüneburg ist immer einen Besuch wert. Ich liebe z.B. die blühenden Magnolien im Rathausgarten. 😍 Wie heißt das denn da wo man die Glühwürmchen finden kann?

Literally what are you talking about at the end of the video? The sketch is so good, you are recovering from burnout and testing new materials. And the sketch is SO GOOD. Give yourself some credit and your art some love ❤🩹
I wish I could do that :( Cause I did get a burnout. I am on my way to recovery and will look for a way to create manga without burning out. Once I do that; I will share what I found out :)

Was ein schönes Video!😊✨ Ich hatte eigentlich schon seit ewigkeiten was ganz ahnliches mit meinem Alex vor, bin aber einfach nich nicht dazu gekommen 🙈💦 Vllt ein hinweis zur Stichsäge: wenn du noch ein langes metalllineal oder eine Wasserwaage o.ä. mit noch zwei klemmen fest machst kannst du die Stichsäge da dran lang führen (eigentlich steht an einer Stichsäge immer etwas vor sodass man das machen jann), dann werden die schnitte gerader 😊 Aber ich finde das Endergebnis deines alex so oder so voll schön 😊✨
@@racamiii das war auch irgendwie mein Plan, aber ich weiß nicht mehr, warum ich das nicht gemacht hatte. Entweder hat es nicht geklappt oder ich hatte den Plan vergesse. XD bei nächsten mal versuche ich es so zu machen
Das war mal ein... anderes Video 😄 Ich fand es spannend zu beobachten wie du aus anfänglichen Fehlern gelernt hast (Mundschutz, Handschuhe, Folie...) und Stück für Stück besser wurdest. Bei mir geistert schon seit Wochen der Plan durch den Kopf, meinen Balkon japanisch zu gestalten, aber ist gar nicht so einfach, die einzelnen Sachen dafür zu finden, ohne dass man geisteskrank viel Geld hinblättert. Aber selber basteln käme nicht in Frage. Du hast meinen Respekt!
Total cool :D Ich find das mit dem roten Schrank interior sogar ganz cool, mich erinnert das total an diese schwarz-roten asiatischen Ess Schalen. Bewundernswert, wie viel Arbeit du da bewältigt hast!
I like the style you going for in your apartment. I also felt a little bit better about my pile of clothes after seeing yours. A few months ago I got a gaming console delivered and one of my neighbors stole it, since then I'm also paranoid about leaving anything around that is not locked away. I hate petty thieves. That being said, hope you're able to recover your mental health bit by bit.
Hey, I think it's quite normal not to always have everything perfectly clean. Life is messy sometimes, haha Oh man, that sucks. Sorry about your console. Makes it hard to trust people in general.
Yes, of course. You can just extend the canvas. If you "change canvas size" and make it bigger, the Programm adds white extensions to your canvas. Kinda hard to explain via text but if you Google the program you're using and "extend page" or "make page bigger" something should come up.

Weiß nicht was du hast. Ich finde, der Schrank sieht toll aus. Ich liebe diesen rustiquen Stil. Es muss nicht immer alles eben und perfeckt sein. Suche die Perfecktion in der Inperfection. -^^- Dass du dir überhaupt so viel allein zutraust, verlangt nach meinem tiefsten respeckt. So Renovierungsarbeiten sind meist überhaupt nx für mich. Ich liebe es, mir auszudenken, wie etwas aussehen könnte und das vielleicht auch zu skizzieren. Aber die eigentliche Arbeit überlass ich dann lieber anderen Leuten. Bis auf das dekorieren. Das macht mir dann wieder Spaß. Ich bewundsere auch generell wie ordentlich und organisiert du bist. Nach vielen Jahren des verstehen lernens, wie mein Hirn funktioniert, habe ich es gelernt halbwegs Ordnung zu halten oder sie zumindest wieder herzustellen, aber nur im Aäßeren eines Zimmers. In Schränken? Fehlanzeige. Ich räume sie ordentlich ein, oder so ordentlich wie es der Schrank zulässt, und schon nach einer Weile ist alles wieder ein heilloses Chaos. Und wenn ich davor stehe und es aufräumen will, fühle ich mich von dem Anblick überwältigt und weiß nicht wie ich es in den griff bekommen soll. Vor allem bei Kleiderschränken. Ich bin schon gespannt, was du aus dem Raum noch machst. 🥰
Das ist lieb, danke! Ich habe mich mittlerweile auch an den Schrank gewohnt und mag ihn ganz gerne. Ordnung ist wohl etwas, das für unterschiedliche Leute unterschiedlich funktioniert. Hast du vllt ADHS? Es hört sich so ein bisschen danach an. Aber zurzeit geistern überall Diagnosen rum. Da möchte ich nicht anhand einer einzigen Beschreibung gleich meine Schlüsse ziehen ^^'
@@olschis_art Es besteht die Möglichkeit evtl bin ich auch Autist mit ADHS aber ich hab noch keine Diagnose. Neurodivergent auf jeden Fall. Discalkulie zählt da ja schon mit rein und die wurde in meiner Schulzeit festgestellt. Wenn auch damals niemand von den Lehrern was damit anfangen konnte. Die waren nur auf Leserechtschreibschwäche geschult. Für die Leute mit Matheschwäche hieß es meist nur, dass man sich nicht genug anstrengt. 🤣 Aber ja, die Vermutung besteht. Es passen viele Sachen. Aber ne Diagnose zu bekommen dauert lange. Ich gehe allerdings davon aus, dass ich Autist mit ADHS bin. Das scheint am ehesten zu passen
dude girl u r doing all wrong, ino asano use preprocess photoshop, some steps in the posproduction and there u are, only have to clean the image and reforce some lines, in ths video y do all the hard work who photoshop do in minutes
Such a nice video! I know I'm two years late, so I wouldn't be surprised if you already figured out what the holo effect on prints/stickers is by now, but just in case for anyone interested: it's a special laminating foil (there are many effects that can be achieved, not just holographic stuff). I've even seen people buying it in self-adhesive sheets/rolls and laminating their stuff themselves.
I've found that using google maps street view is a great way to gather reference for this process when you want to capture the look of an area that is not really accessible for you. Thanks for your video.

Yes! Those are amazing. And im happy to hear they are a way to help with anxiety. I hope you're doing well. No, English is not my native language. I have been living in Germany for over 20 years so many of my followers are German. But German isn't my native language either and I actually feel more comfortable writing my videos in English. People correct my grammar less this way 🤣

@@olschis_art thanks, yesterday I started watching one called “Todays Menu for the Emiya Family.” It’s mostly about grocery shopping and cooking meals for the family. It’s slow paced and the characters actually explain what they’re cooking and how to cook it as they go.

I'm glad to hear the video motivated you. But yeah, it's really difficult to find the time to draw next to work or studies. But some progress is better than no progress. Eventually you will be able to finish a chapter 😊
@@olschis_art Yeah. Now I am actually focusing on completing a chapter only with pencils. And after that I will ink and color all those pages digitally. Through this approach the story moves forward and I don't get overwhelmed by inking coloring and editing a single page at once .😅
Just keeping doing what you want to do. Love just seeing what you go through and how you deal with it. All very relateable and gives me the feeling we're not stumbling through life alone.

@@olschis_art Bei mir war es eine Sache meine Grenzen neu auszuloten, mehr auf meinen Körper zu hören und ein kräftiger digitales Detox. Auch Hilfe annehmen wenn sie einem angeboten wird war für eine Herausforderung. Ich arbeite jetzt schon 12 Jahre als Künstler und bin derzeit selbstständig als Grafiker, Illustrator und generell als freier Künstler unterwegs. Sich in seiner Arbeit zu verlieren ist sehr einfach und ich finde es eine sehr gute Entscheidung von dir dich jetzt erst mal auf deine Gesundheit zu konzentrieren. Nimm dir die Zeit, Ich musste fast ein Jahr Pause machen und obwohl es finanziell schmerzhaft ist sollte man sich da nicht hetzen, Ich wünsche dir viel Kraft für die kommende Zeit.
There's also the option of drawing over Google streetview for IRL locations that you don't have immediate access to, though turning those into finished images is a more involved process, given you have to take into account how the technology they use to create the impression of a panoramic view distorts the image into unrealistic perspective and also you have to edit more to not have Google's legal team come after you.
