I'm someone playing Reiju who uses the GERMA 66 searcher event at 3 instead of 4 copies. Still find pretty good success with the deck like this in case you want to tech stuff in. Like he said a lot of times at the end of the game youre discarding it for stage's effect, or just not using it due to wanting to maximize playing characters per turn or swinging at life with attached don.
Seen Kyle at a few of my local tournaments sometimes and was also lucky enough to play against him in set 4 pasadena regional. Really good player. Hope to reach the level of topping consistently soon

Kata is pretty even match up. They will take second which is good for you. You need to be very aggressive against that deck to make it unsafe to play 10mom. If you can set up a wide board, at 9 don, commit your turn to swing face for 7s to get them down instead of dropping a big body. Not a fan of 7mom. Saka will almost always jus give you a life bc they will be playing to drop the 10 Kaido. Enel is much better in my opinion. Much harder to remove, and has immediate pressure. Hybrid build as in running both searchers? Honestly think it would be kind of hard to balance out bc your running essential non bm non sky cards like Yamato and bege. Your searchers will wiff more often. Try it out and let me know!
I love it. Saved my butt so many games. Great card to hold when your chaining big drops bc it gives you a extra insurance to protect your life or bodies

With no katakuri just play an other deck you can play 7c big mom but its not that optimal and the deck becomes very weak in the mirror you cant kata their kata and that will lose you the game
Just spam big bodies vs saka its easy the saka player cannot afford to lose life's as you heal with big bosies and triggers also doesn't help that losing a life just gives yellow free bodies for some reason 😂

So when you come to these pre release how does it work? Do you build a deck prior to the event or do you build a deck with the 6 packs they give you? I'm thinking about joining a pre release but I've never been to one
