As far as I remember, these are former Israeli Air Force retired in 2012. In IAF they were used for their last 15-20 years of service mainly for advanced training of the Flight Academy cadets. Their last military activities were dropping leaflets over Gaza in 2011. In 2014-2018 some 15 planes were overhauled, repainted and sold to different companies that provide training to USAF and Canada AF. Despite pretty high flight hours, these were in very good condition.
