Leadership and management. Leader infuleuncers that providing, supporting, and making change. Higher new attendees with intention to work hard, motivated people. Manager individuals with multiasking, orientations and organisational. Collaborative style listener, open to questions and opinions. Great theory Unqualified humen Traits theoy Qualified people Situation Frameworks baseline featuring pro and cons methodologies. Transactional Emotional analysis by sustainable approach theories. Transformational Breaking throughout developmental statements. Only attended the first twenty minutes of the lecture. What do entrepreneurs mean? As per to the my understanding, its hardworking individuals, continuous educational people, and systematic behavioural of routine multitaskers. Industries are welling to get expand their sales, supplychain by productions of service workers. Low versus high analysis. Adaptions into business culture is pro, diversities are everyone con. Professionalism trends, is training personal techniques. Startups the mission, setting up vision by operations, managers are objectives collection, supervisors rollout targets, employees is the investment. What is addiction meaning? Life in general is an addiction, routinely swap between eight hours, working for normal life standards, followed by two hours house work, another two on a movie to waste time, the remaining six hours sleeping. How is that a healthy relationship between couples? Hobbies are acting, building healthy lifestandards, which also distance between a couple. The only time these couple connect, feel the is hugs, kisses and making love. To overcome the challenges of these stressful days. Thank you.

Ok…so the dog opener was a bit weird but sorry, this guy lost all credibility with me by giving credit to Blanchard for inventing situational leadership when West Point wrote and taught me the book on it in the early 80’s. He then goes on to example the military for its “potato peeling transactional leadership”. Did you ever serve? Didn’t think so. Yep. Don’t lie and don’t fake it. But know what you’re talking about! This is the worst talk I’ve ever seen on the topic of leadership vs management. So when you ask yourself what would Max do, my bet is he’d catch the Goldman Sachs lecture instead, next time around.

The military is the one place where leaders eat last, the care and protection of your troops is paramount, and developing their leadership down to and beyond Corporal is an essential part of the job; then the 'leader' needs to manage, needs to ensure supplies and logistics are coordinated with attack and maneuver, and that the troops are properly trained and capable for the mission; that the mission is well defined and supported.

You should pass the microphone around to the students asking the questions. Watching your video, I have no idea of what the questions are.

If you are a manager, you lead. Leading is the people aspect of management. If you lead people, you manage them.

I was totally stitched up by a solicitor and accountant in relation to my fathers Will. They refuse accountablility, there is clearly fraud. The police that spent some time on our case have commented 'it stinks' but will not pursue - they claim 'insufficient evidence' but police are not interested in fraud I have been told (by a police crime commissioner). So these well paid thieves bully and violate us further with threats from their guard dog-protecting solicitors in avoidance of their crime. It has been 13 years of hell, they are disgusting and should also come clean and make it right.

The "Don't Lie Ever" is so much more important than most individuals will understand. Don't lie because you're trying to make others not feel badly, don't lie to cover you back side, don't lie to comfort or to control, don't make it ok for others to say you are not in the office if you really are, don't say you won't discuss the info you are given if you know you will or already have. These "white lies" immediately create a culture where lying is acceptable, which means your people will then lie to you and not trust you to lead them effectively. If you truly want others to trust your leadership, they have to be positive they can trust everything that comes out of your mouth.
