Change the mode to eco / walking mode / slowest mode of your bike and charge. It worked for me.

Guys here’s the resolving of this problem: You need to hard-reset your scooter, to do it press the brake pedal, gas pedal and power button at the same time (all 3 buttons) and after short time it will make some sounds, and on your screen you can see the red number “14”, it means that you’ve reset your scooter. It helped me, so I hope I’ll fix your problem also forgot to say, the scooter must be turned off if you want to reset it

Just faced the same problem I left the charger in the scooter for like 5 mins and then it suddenly turned red so try just wait and see what happens

It happend to me What I did was open the bottom of the scooter Unplugged the battery connector from controller Plugged in the charger for 30seconds and it went red Unplugged the charger Plugged in the battery connector to controller Then charged it up and the light went red This worked for me but if you want to then do it at your own risk
