I may not comment much on videos, but I want you to know that I watch them all, and I especially enjoyed this one. Personally I would've ranked The Unchained at last place and Rogue Process around that same area, not because their bad, just that the others are more interesting to listen too. The number 1 is rather obvious, but well deserving of it's crown. Overall, a great list!
I'm happy to hear and honestly I thought about putting Unchained pretty low but I enjoy mortal Shell OST more than Demon souls and some of the others in my opinion (I really don't like Demon souls boss themes they are kinda bland) and something about Rogue Process just clicked with me to put it a bit higher and of course number one is obvious I'll never stop gushing about that theme I respect your opinion on what you think 👍
My ACTUAL opinions on each final bosses: Saren & Saren-Sovereign: definitely intense and climactic for a fight that’s a little bit tough but solid at the same time. Unlike the original though the remastered version does include geth enemies in both Phase 1 & 2. So Phase 1 does seem tougher in the remastered than on the original. But Phase 2 made probably more simpler than the original in my opinion. But this is indeed a very solid final boss in the game and one of mass effect’s only good bosses in the entire franchise. Reaper-Human Larva: This is a very decent and intense final boss, but my problem is that most of the time it was pretty easy and shouldn’t be that hard to dealt with, just hide behind objects when he’s about to charge his attack, and the other when he took down certain platforms also wasn’t that big of an issue neither, especially if u stand on it when he’s about to destroy it, it surprisingly didn’t instant kill u in which normally in most of the other games it does. But overall definitely a decent final boss and good enough to end my personal favourite game in the series. Final Reaper Assault: Ugh this one was just so godamn annoying. I especially can’t stand Banshee’s being such an absolute bullet sponge to deal with and the fact that they can flank u just makes this especially so tedious especially me playing it on hardcore. While the brutes and harvesters aren’t that bad it’s just that Banshees and the other enemies flanking and pushing just makes this final encounter so annoying and long. Definitely not the way to conclude this mediocre finale. And do u know what could have been the final boss of this game? Well here’s ur answer: Harbinger, but since this guy legit just straight up exist and was wasted throughout the series makes him so generic. He could have been such a perfect final boss to end of this masterpiece of a series but nah they just have to end of with this dull and tedious waves of reaper enemies. I am especially disappointed on that but whatever. The Archon (Footage): like I said, he’s deadass straight up just an enemy gauntlet. T-T (more than enough to convince me to not get this game from what I’ve heard is the worst. But if I especially wanted to complete the entire mass effect series then yea I’ll probably be left with no other choices but to get it likely in the future.)
Thanks for sharing out your thoughts and opinions I see you finished Mass Effect 3 and yeah the finale a letdown just tedious and repetitive especially those banshees and the rest like brutes and Ravagers are just tedious and boring rather than annoying to me and that true final part with the marauder what a waste he felt like a QTE and I agree the Harbinger was a waste of a villain and character especially in the sequel I swear after the first game villains just got worse Saren & Reaper-Human Larva are the only final bosses that are good in my opinion even if the Larva is easy to beat No point in fighting the Archon since it's just a boring enemy gauntlet and he's also a nothing villain his fight wasn't worth my time especially this game not worth it if you ask me
@@davidthemusicman1046 Anytime my friend and yep finally I finished Mass Effect 3. Took me a while due to having busy stuff towards my life but I finally did. Honestly the brutes aren’t that bad as long as u stay a distance from them and ravagers weren’t even present in this encounter. I don’t know why u mention about the Marauder in the part where Shepard is wounded and unconscious. I literally have no issue with that whatsoever especially considering that husks are also part of that. So yea. Honestly the only villain I liked later on was the Illusive Man, at least with him u can understand his motivation towards the reapers and does have a solid personality flowing within him, and he is especially isn’t trying to piss u off and is a complete edgelord (Looking at u Kai Leng.) but I can for sure agree that Harbinger just exist. He was present throughout Mass Effect 2 and in the Arrival DLC. But in Mass Effect 3 he was legit completely ignored until at the very end of the game. Honestly I really didn’t like Harbinger all that much. I big time prefer Sovereign in which intimidated me way more than Harbinger and not just that. Sovereign literally frightened the hell out of me, he’s literally that scary. Yea I can agree that Saren & Larva are the only proper final bosses that are pretty good for my experience. Wish I can say the same for Mass Effect 3 having a final boss in which it could have been Harbinger. But whatever. I’ll probably take ur point as this guy just isn’t worth it to the most dull and mediocre game ever made. But I’ll think about it eh.
@@derek5819 I thought Ravagers were there been a while since I watched back to see and the Marauder section wasn't a problem it was just there I mentioned it since it was also kinda a letdown at the end The Illusive Man is a pretty alright villain in my opinion I was able to convince him in the end also what do you think of the ending as people say it's the worst one. I wish they did more with the Harbinger because throughout both games I forgot he existed in the first place they could have done better just so disappointing.
@@davidthemusicman1046 Well to me not really a letdown. But I’ll respect ur opinion there. Yea same I also convince The Illusive Man that he is indoctrinated so he shot himself. And honestly the ending was just eh, I went with the control ending since I thought that it would be nice to have them under my control so that way the reapers can build a better future so they will no longer harvest populations. And remember Harbinger that always says: “Assuming Direct Control”, well my turn to say it now bitch >:) (Hopefully if I’ll be doing a second to third play through on this game hopefully I’ll choose a better one like Synthesis or Destroy, especially if I wanted to have enough war assets for these endings. And refusal is the ending where I’ll probably never choose considering that u went through all of this trouble just for nothing. This is especially in insult to injury and basically u just point a middle finger at urself, so I’ll never choose that.) Yea same here, ugh.
@@derek5819 I think I choose Synthesis to restart the galaxy and stop the reapers from existing for good but yeah I don't think I'll go back for the other endings but that's for another time I don't really see this as the worst ending could have been better but could have been worse if I'm honest. I'm glad you enjoyed your time with the Mass Effect trilogy as I enjoyed this as well what's next on the list of series your working on completing?
Great unique set of choices there my chad. I honestly predicted that Soul of Cinder is still ur personal favourite. Can’t blame ya here, it’s also my personal favourite of the genre just tied up with Radagon of the Golden Order. I also agree with candidates like #15 #12 #11 and pretty much all of the top 10. Also surprised to see both Rogue Process and Otakemaru both this high and actually surpassing most of the well known final boss themes? Now that’s something I’m pretty quite shocked from.
It was obvious that Soul of Cinder was going to be number one to be honest deciding him or Radagon was hard since both are fantastic it was tricky but man Otakemaru is easily top 5 that theme is fantastic and such an underrated track one of my top 10 favorites in gaming and Rogue Process is so hectic and insane and I love that track so much for such a strange boss.
@@davidthemusicman1046 I know right? But all it matters is that u made ur decision here and I’ll for sure agree with ya on that. Otakemaru is indeed a pretty great final boss theme and one of my favourites in the soulslike genre. Not in gaming but for sure in the genre. Rogue Process just feels insane for a fight that’s pretty solid and strange for my experience.
@@derek5819 I hope to experience Nioh 2 (got a gift card so maybe an opportunity for sure) and Rogue Process looks pretty solid but man that music words can't describe how much I appreciate it and I'm happy with the placement it's at.

I wish I could explain the feeling the music during the Shriek final fight made me feel. Incredibly epic and emotionally gripping - mixed with the storytelling and everything you’d learned about Shriek herself up to that point. The music hammers in the feeling of desperation that you don’t want to have to do what you’re doing but it’s the only thing you can do to stay alive. That whole game is honestly a gem and a half in its own right. Sorry for the narrative 😅
@@davidthemusicman1046Ok, I will think others Daddy Dearest (FNF) LEGO Blackbear (LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean) Giovanni (Pokemon) Donkey Kong (Donkey Kong to Game Boy) I'm sure there are more, it's just a matter of time
@@davidthemusicman1046 I can also suggest to you King Darius from Prince Of Persia The Lost Crown, Godfrey from Elden Ring (he has at least two themes, one when you fight his spectral projection, and one where you fight him for real, and he has 2 phases in the second phase, so he's likelly to have a theme for each phases) and Radagon of the golden order also from Elden Ring
Compilation Idea: Plant or Plant Power Bosses Examples: Marluxia (Kingdom Hearts: Re:Chain of Memories) Leo (Fire Emblem Fates) Whispy Woods (We all know who he's from)
@@davidthemusicman1046 👍🏽 Bruh are u sure that’s Jinpachi? Cuz he doesn’t look like one to me, even if he is then I wouldn’t know it at first. So oooooof.
@@derek5819 I wouldn't blame you for Jinpatchi because I don't why they change his design in the Dark Resurrection game compared to the actual game but what do I know.
1:12:31 you got to admit *Supreme Ruler’s Coronation- Overlord* Goes hard for a Kirby final boss theme especially for the fight with Magolor soul in The True Arena
