I was there I was part of the teams that recorded the events of the expo, it is soooo sad to see it like, that not only because of how beautiful it was, but because it was center on technology and changes to stop pollution, and now it is mainly trash everywhere.
It’s upsetting how this must have to happen in October 31st 2000, i mean It was joyful before October, but now after the expo, its all just sad to see there expo all fading away so slowly. Like its very sad to see the crippled things they must make it all fade.
Vielen Dank für dieses schöne Video. Ich war selbst auf der Expo 2000 für das kanadische Pavillon tätig. War sehr interessant, wurde nur weltweit KAUM und ZU SPÄT Werbung gemacht. Noch nicht einma in den direkten Nachbarländern wußten Millionen, das hier die Expo eröffnet. Wäre die Expo heute oder vor ein paar Jahren, würde sich das wie ein Lauffeuer Dank Facebook, Insta, Twitter rumsprechen und man hätte den Andrang von Besuchern nicht bewältigt
Thank you. The colour has the german name "Delfingrau" which would translate to "dolphin grey" in English. I'm not sure if Seat simply translates colour names, though. It is a grey with a very slight blue tint.
1:01 juli 2020 a decision go to renovate the Holland Pavilion as a start-up office, mostly in original style. The plans to use the building were halted due to the dotcom crisis early 2000s. It will be surrounded by two buildings : a (student) micro studio complex and an office. Amazing video! Kinda sad to see all the vandalism, especially the torched Spanish building (it's getting demolished now, as far as I know). If I may ask, did anyone approach you when you flew the drone? Because I was there earlier this year, and had the cops called on me twice within 20 Minutes.
No problems at all. No one seemed to notice. Did you get in trouble with police? As far as I know you should be perfectly fine flying there because it is outside any controlled areas.
