Mine starts great every year and this year it won't. I know it got a lot of water on it this winter from my leaking shop roof unfortunately. I'll try all these and see, definitely needs a filter and I'm sure spark plug. The mower also says no oil changes but mine looks pretty dirty. Have you changed the oil before? Thanks for the video.

As an old white lady, this is how I see it. United we stand, divided we fall. We don't want to see you killing your own race, any more than we want to see our own race killing each other, or any races killing each other. I think our government wants to see us all divided, even among OUR OWN RACE, because it makes us easier to control us. I think it’s sad in general when people want to kill each other. But black vs black doesn’t help nobody like at all, only keeps certain things alive.
