Hmmm hmmm it's the way my late grandma prepared the pineapple filling n also the crust. She is not here we gets lazy n try to cut short the procedure. Besides these days the tarts couldn't last a week in the cookie jar ! Maybe in my sweet free time I recreate the way grandma did them.... (hopefully I won't get all emotional n tearful...!)
