I admire the Henriquez family for their love of food, rich culture, and inspiring philosophy. Their dedication to hard work, attention to detail, commitment to ensuring customers have an amazing experience, exceptional food quality, and giving back to the community truly stand out. "100% o quedate en casa"!!! great quote!! btw!
At 2:50 you state $300,000 investment in real estate. You then say "equivalent of my currency". Confirm that it does not need to be $300,00 in USD for the purchase.
@@dalelueck-rv4tp the investment needs to be equivalent to $300,000 and the funds must be sent to Panama from abroad. This means that funds already in Panama cannot be used nor financing from local Panama banks.
@@victortoombs4754 hi! The idea of the video is to bring an idea of the project. For those interested in more details, we will be happy to assist through a phone call or an email. Have a nice weekend!
Thank you for your comment! You’re right that Boquete is typically about a 7-hour drive from Panama City without stops. Our interviewee likely mentioned 9 to 10 hours to account for a more relaxed trip with breaks or the current delays due to Metro construction and other road improvements. We appreciate your input and hope this clarifies the travel time.
@@ronaldchristian1960 Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled that you're enjoying our series. Boquete is truly a special place, and If you ever need any assistance or have questions about purchasing property in Boquete, feel free to reach out. We're here to help! 🌟
@@victortoombs4754 Hi, Thank you for your concern. During our conversation with the developer of Vervana, it was clear that sustainability is a core value of their project. They aim to create a balance between modern living and environmental stewardship, ensuring that the development enhances, rather than harms, the surrounding areas.
As a Wayward Son, i ve been searching for for something...most likely myself, over the last several years..... Different countries even...Then the walls start closing in again. Away I go. To see a Boss like this is uplifting to say the least. Any Boss that acts as a Bird Restaurant Contractor, is a Boss i can stand behind....Coronado is possibly my next destination....So i listen to the wind blow for now.....and thank you All for the Pension Benefits....thats truly amazing for People on lower incomes... God bless you.....and PANAMA....PANAMA AW AW AW AW AW... PANAMA!!!!
Sounds amazing, He is very kind and not over powering, a very thoughtful man with great intentions and for thought of what Coronado can and will be one day… Thank you for sharing…. Looking forward to our tour in 2025….

How much is the yearly land tax that one has to pay? Also, if for example, I was to buy a $1 million condo in Punta Pacifica, my property taxes would be $8000/year ($1 million × .08)? Is this correct? What would the yearly home insurance bill be on a $1 million condo? BTW, it would be much better if you lowered the background music in the video as it is very distracting. Thanks.
Hello Victor, thank you for contacting us. In case this property is for Secondary Residence, Commercial Property, Industrial Property or not recorded as tributary family patrimony or primary residence, approx. US$8320 divided in 3 quarterly payments, covering the 12 months of the fiscal year. For the insurance part, we can recommend you to contact an insurance property broker. We can send you a few recommendations if you kindly send your inquiry via email.
@Puntapacificarealty What if it is your primary residence? Is it still $8320 then or a different amount? As for the home insurance, I just wanted a ballpark figure. I plan on retiring in Panama by late 2025 as I am tired of what is happening in the United States. I'm a former Zonian, and so I know it well.
I want to settle in casco viejo next June when I Retire at 62, I'm thinking maybe 1 bedroom 600 to 800 is that possible or am I not even close. This is Crucial
Let me guess the price 150 k -nice condo ,but condos in the states are dropping like a rock now- 3 bedroom in Miami Fl a little bigger sq ft and bigger decks 170k and the all speak English here, you do have them beat on hoa fee ,I am looking for nicer ,bigger condo about 2500 ft for about 200 k ,must be direct oceanfront and corner unit, and at least 15 th floor, it should be drying up there in Panama ,with the ave wage there at 18 k , and no expats coming cause they can buy in FL and SC so cheap now-it might be a good time to buy there ,but I need a steal only, cause there 1000s of them here now
Yo he experimentado eso personalmente.
🌟 Saludos!
As someone from Florida and who has a Panama Visa, I think one reason expats like it is the infrastructure. It is very much like south Florida and Miami. It is a beautiful area and proximity to airport is good, but for me I like being in the city center. My impression of Costa del Este is more family friendly and safe.
