We just bought a used KET-6-T. It's going into our forthcoming bakery/deli. Just looking at this shows me how awesome this equipment is. Brilliant design.
Question I am a operator of a machine very very close to that at a university where we wash loads of dishes and since day one the water pressure seem to be in the low end and the results at the some dishes don’t come out as clean as they should. What I have been doing in the meantime is getting the gunk off the dishes before they go in the machine but I have used other machines that I just have to spray the dishes before putting them in.With that being said is there a way to adjust the pressure of the sprayer in the machine so it more powerful with better results. We have had someone come in to look at the machine and he said that everything should be working as it should but the pressure just doesn’t seem to be powerful enough to get any remaining food particles off the dishes.Like I said is there a way to adjust the water pressure if so how?
Hi - I have a GC 512 slicer (used). I can not get the sharpener to move forward. It pops up but doesn't move forward. Do all GC512 work that way? Also, I took the sharpener unit off the base cylinder to see if anything was preventing it to slide. I did see a screw on the base cylinder (next to the 2 post) that wasn't all the way screwed in. could you tell me what that does? Thanks
Thank you for the live display, gives an idea of the size of the bins when handled during the demonstration. We have a limited space on our area so this did help give an idea of the size.
