I know the anime cuts out some of the more intense stuff, but I wish we got to see the frame of shaka with the bullet going through his head animated. It was such a good image
Genuine spoilers for the end of Egghead. You have been warned Towards the end of Egghead it was proven Dr. Vegapunk knew York was the traitor. His masterplan for getting his worldwide broadcast out was his own death, which he predicted. Aside from the Motherflame, Vegapunk beat York. None of the Vegapunks are dead, aside from Stella, even this is up for debate.
Plus, there's tons of death flags happening to York, now that the good Satellites survived and destroying York's backup body parts. If York gets killed in the future, she would never be revived, being the first Satellite to die for good. None of the good Satellites will miss York.
how did vegapunk not think if any one of his other versions might actually betray themselves over bc they just not have a connected mind but each own thoughts.. i mean this is just my speculation but if he really is an intelligent person but not a genius one
I would imagine that would be back when they introduced the idea of Pluton being some ancient superweapon that is way more advanced than anything in the current age, so, Alabasta arc or maybe Water 7 arc? Can't remember when they confirmed it was super-advanced tech. The moment the idea a super-tech age existed, the series was always going to end with science fiction plot taking over. Hell, the Tenryuubito are literally wearing mis-designed space suits, it was obvious science fiction would take over at some point in order to cover the origins of the World Order.
you do realize that egghead takes place on a futuristic island and is home to the smartest man in the series right? You should also read the manga or at least watch the latest episodes because there’s a lot of intense moments going on
@@josephbulkin9222 It still is about pirates though. If you actually watch the arc, it switches between egghead (which is this whole traitor stuff) and to pirate stuff such as garp vs aokiji on blackbeard's island
This was a mistake on Stella's part. He shouldn't have created a satellite whose only purpose was to process his desires and needs. Stella might've wanted to be a Celestial Dragon as a passing fancy, thinking if he was a Celestial Dragon, he wouldn't have to worry about budget or restrictions. But with York, she has no noble intention that comes with that passing fancy and has amplified it to be her goal in life.
Yeah, but he is smart enough not to intervene. He already knew it was York like 3 weeks before things went down(with the help of the other 2 satellites, I forgot which 2 of the male satellites).

Spoilers for chapter 1125 of Manga version of One Piece. Shaka, Pythagoras, Edison, and Atlas are alive thanks to their backup bodies. However, they're destroying York's backup bodies, so if she ever gets killed, York will never be revived in future.
Lilith may be designated as "evil" but she is really energetic and adventurous...York, however, quiet as she is...was able to hide her deceit and lust for power.
