We are so lucky to have these magnificent structures on our door step. Your footage is has really opened up a different perspective of the bridges. #4k#Three beauties#fanboy
One more question. How do you change/update you home position if your hiking and want your drone to go to your current location to return home and not your initial home point. Tried with the map and was unable. Thank you again. Dan
Once the tracking begins the height cannot be adjusted. Any manual input on the controller will exit the tracking mode. Basically you need to position the height and distance of the drone from the tracking subject before starting the tracking function. Hope this helps 👍
Yup I guessed right. Drone 1 had more stuttering and wasn't as smooth. Pic quality was on point though. Given the price difference, I'd get the Potensic
Brilliant video mate 😃 i like how your showing viewers how the Drone zones in on its Home point, will defo mention when i record my next video, hope to make a video today but rain might KO plans 😮👍🏻🏴
This was used for the TV show I survived the Zombie apocalypse in 2015/16. And I think it is used occasionally for paintballing. It is such a shame. It could be turned into quite the urban adventure place.
What I have found is that if you take off straight up, and pause for a couple seconds, the downward facing camera takes a shot of the landing pad then updates the home point, and when returning, it uses that photo to align itself better. I’m impressed that even when you took off moving forward, it still found the pad fairly well. 👍
@@colinrobinson1960 Thanks very much! best take off point is the viewpoint and you can see directly over to the island and castle. Millions of midges tho so be prepared to get pestered with them!
@edwardjarvis1479 0 seconds ago My Atom drone, on it's first programed flight to go staight ahead, flew 80 feet and then turned 90 degrees and crashed into a tree. One arm broke. I can't get fixed by Potensic. Three months old. No more Protensic.. I'm out $400. I talked to Potenic support for 3 months. Buyer beware !!
This is a copy of a message to Potensic, but they have blocked me. "Well. it has been 3 months and I've got no help from ipotensic to repair a damaged Atom drone. Potensic insist that I use some version of paypal. I have tried and you insist that you aren’t getting it. I asked you for the paypal address so that I could send to you the through paypal. It did not work. I got a friend with a computer to try to get through to you on their computer. They could not get through to you. Same problems that I encountered. Three month of stonewalling. It is time to say good bye to you and hello to potential Potensic customers with a potential need for your help in repair. Three months! You have to admit that I was patient. I leave you as a more cautious buyer and the owner of a broken drone as a reminder to me to be cautious when dealing with someone you do not know. THREE MONTHS OF FRUSTATION. BE ADVISED!
"The King sits in Dunfermline town, Drinking of the blood red wine, Where can I get a good sea captain, To sail this mighty ship of mine? Then up there spoke a bonny boy, Sitting at the King's right knee, Sir Patrick Spens is the very best seaman, That ever sailed upon the sea. The King has written a broad letter, And sealed it up with his own right hand, Sending word unto Sir Patrick, To come to him at his command. An enemy then this must be, Who told a lie concerning me, For I was never a very good seaman, Nor ever do intend to be. Last night I saw the new moon, With the old moon in her arm, A sign, the sign since we were born, That means there'll be a deadly storm. They had not sailed upon the sea, A day, a day, but barely three, When loud and boisterous grew the winds, And loud and stormy grew the sea. Then up there came a mermaiden, A comb and glass all in her hand, 'Here's a health to you my merry young men, For you'll not see dry land again.' Oh, long may my lady look, With a lantern in her hand, Before she sees my bonny ship, Come sailing homewards to dry land. Forty miles off Aberdeen, The water's fifty fathoms deep, There lies good Sir Patrick Spens, With the Scots lords at his feet."
