I'm a cigar enthousiast enjoying Cuban cigars. After smoking so many cigars with my friends I decided to also share my experiences with you on RU-vid. Since 05-2019 i'm one of the new owners of the La Casa Del Habano Maastricht
Smoking one as watching this. A few thoughts: the ash didnt hold very well, dropped off at one inch. Once halfway it died a few times. Been smoking it for 90 min now and still 15 min left. Enjoyed it. But yes, the consideration is the price point. Vs eg other Cubans like classics like large Montecristos I am not sure
So, I wanted to buy this Chrome Double Blade Cigar Cutter from S.T. DuPont, which in the U.K. is £180.00 directly from them, but I heard from certain, Cigar retailers that this very cutter only cuts up to 52 ring gauge and, as I like smoking, bigger ring, gauges often that, limits me with this, cutter to only, smoke, up to,52 ring gauge's, now currently I have a budget cutter which is the Vertigo By Lotus Big Boy Cigar Cutter which is made from plastic and stainless steel and cuts up to 64 ring gauge and I paid £6.99 for that one which is cheap, and it does the job just fine and makes an excellent cut, but I think because I can't get the S.T. DuPont Cigar Cutters at all I think I'm going to opt for the Colibri S Cut Brushed Metal Cigar Cutter - Black at £50.99 and the Colibri S.V. Cut Cigar Cutter - Black at £76.99 making it £52.02 cheaper than this S.T. DuPont Cigar Cutter thanks for the great video might look into their accessories in the future once they start supporting up to 60 or 64 ring gauge but for now I will be sticking to other brands such as Colibri or Xikar for that matter.
A good stick to light during Saturday's match when we send you home from the European Championship. A simple but powerful smoke suitable for the occasion. Hoop Schwiiz 🇨🇭
I was lucky to get one Esmeralda at La casa del habano in Windsor, Canada. I feel like I have won the lotto. Great cigar. Hard to find. Price rocketed high!
Nice video as always. On the Petit Edmundo, which I enjoy there is no second label telling me that is Petit Edmundo.I don't know why they put this yellow label about Wide Edmundo?
Frankly not worth it. Used it for 3 months, black finish is some sort of nylon cover that started to peel off, and then the cap stopped aligning and closing properly and finally after three weeks of struggle broke off. It looks good new, but the quality is below average
under 10 euros?! In Switzerland they are selling the smaller 50 for 22 CHF which is like 20 euros! But I do love this cigar as it is mild, I get sick from the stronger ones.
Found my box 1,100 usd. A little high…but at least it’s in my stable now. Complete with the outer white box with s/n label, blue felt cover bag, wrapped in plastic. All good.
Cohiba’s didn’t exist pre embargo (1962)…. The brand didn’t come into existence until 1966, and only then was a diplomatic gift! It wasn’t till the early 1980’s it was released to the public! As it goes…. The blend that became cohiba was smoked by a bodyguard of Fidel Castro, who had them made by a local cigar roller in Havana called Eduardo Rivera! Fidel liked them that much he requested Eduardo make them for him! Because of the CIA was trying to assassinate Castro with poisoned or exploding cigars, they were made under tight security in what is now the el laguito factory in Havana! It wasn’t till 1968 that the head of cubatobaco in El Laguito was given the task of turning it from a personal selection for Castro and his close friends into premium blend/ brand! Only a few thousand boxes were made every year and given away to high ranking Cuban government officials and diplomats until they were released to the public as a luxury cigar in 1982! The likelihood of any cohibas from the late 60’s, 70’s existingor even 80’s is unlikely!
