I have a question. When I practice “not trying to ignore my thoughts but not let them identify what is or isn’t” I usually use auto suggestion with positive affirmations & it does seem to help put me in the driver seat. But my emotions don’t really change, what I feel is still aligned with the thoughts that I’m not associating with. What can I do to have positive outcomes with my emotional body response?
